Professional company. Van arrived on time and Ben worked to complete the job efficiently. The job was a difficult one because it involved cat urine. The result appear to have been successful and I do not detect the odor after the carpet dried.

Ben arrived during the window time promised. He did a fantastic job and when I asked about recommendations for spot cleaning during the period between carpet cleans, he gave me good advice and explained why certain products should not be used. I had about half of my house floors steam cleaned and will be doing the other half right before or right after Christmas and I will be hiring COIT again.
