Tom came out to troubleshoot our electrical issue within 3 hours of our initial call. He was very knowledgeable provided us with valuable information about the wiring in our home. There's also a lot to be said about the friendly customer service that Tom provided. He was extremely informative and very pleasant to work with. We would definitely recommend Clement Electric to anyone needing service to their electrical system.

Left old wiring in the wall. Charged 4 hrs of labor and only took 1 1/2 hr to complete. He knew it was a fast job, but presented it as if it would be 4hrs to complete. His communication was horrible and very impersonal. Need a shower after conducting business with them.

"Customer received a quote for a problem that another electrician was already told not to do. I arrived on time within my window of arrival. In order to remove the old wire I would have to do a large opening track through the whole garage and customer was already upset with small openings to repair the problem. Service cost was agreed upon before any work was performed, job has been completed and the issue resolved. I apologize for finishing too quickly."

He installed the light. Doorbell couldn't be fixed because the transformer was broken and would coat a lot more to repair.

It went great. Scheduling was easy and Tom came out to my place on time. Tom took the time to explain what he was doing and why I was having trouble doing it myself. I will definitely recommend Clements Electric to friends and family and will look to them first when I need electrical help in the future.

It went well. Technician did it quick. However he used a cord when it would’ve looked better without a cord. Usually ceiling lights don’t plug in but he did that. I got the impression he didn’t want to deal with not using a cord.

The job as well done – my only concern was that the technician did not mention to me that A small fracture was made on my backsplash. No big deal- just that it would've been nice to be told rather than my discovering it on my own.

Tom picked up smoke alarms on his way here and was here in less than an hour. I told him 6 alarms, but he picked up a seventh fortunately. He replaced them all in about 45 minutes and we now have a much better alarm in the kitchen area which also detects gas and carbon monoxide.
