Our's is a family owned business started in 1957. We are an independent Lennox dealer. For a/c, heating, and plumbing service our "trip charge" includes one half hour on the job toward making the needed repairs - as opposed to the "flat rate" company that charges a trip charge just to get to your house.

well for two years, I kept having the pilot light go out frequently and attributed it to wind gusts in attic
Finally I had someone look at the water heater and was informed that City Mechanical had not installed the flue hat
we found it buried in the attic insulation
Have had the flue hat installed and now water heater is working fine
