Danny did an exceptional job helping us to get our mortgage for our new home.  Being self-employed, obtaining a mortgage is very tough and requires documentation after documentation.  Danny walked us through the process and made sure the closing occurred on time.  He was fantastic to work with.

I have been a Realtor in Austin for over 10 years and I have tried many different mortgage loan officers.  After working with Danny on many challenging closings, I would not consider using anybody else.  Danny is very responsive to emails and phone calls which is very important when there is money on the line and is my client's biggest purchase of their lifetime.  He is a straight shooter and values every customer whether they are getting a loan for $100,000 or 1,000,000.

The entire transaction was very easy.  A lot of paperwork but that is part of the refinancing puzzle. Once my paperwork was complete Danny found me a new lender with better rates with the same terms.  My wife & I went to Trinity Title, signed the paperwork and began saving money each month.  Easy does it.
