Circle C Animal Hospital has been our clinic since they opened ten or eleven years ago. I first reviewed them in 2011, and wanted to give another two thumbs up to them. They are attentive, know our dogs, and -- the one time so far we've needed the service of euthanasia -- caring and compassionate. I didn't rate the cost, because I haven't price shopped vet service in years.

The day we found out she had a growth in her mouth they were very compassionate and explained to me the possibilities and what we needed to do. We scheduled the procedure two days later to get the growth removed. We arrived at almost 8 AM. We were met by a tech, and the procedure and paperwork was discussed with me in a timely manner. They took their time to make sure our dog was comfortable going with them. They treated her with care and compassion which I appreciate greatly. As the day progressed, they made regular calls to keep me updated on her progress. When she was finished, they let me know and gave me information as to how everything went during surgery. They scheduled a convenient time for me to pick her up at the end of the day, and they went over all instructions with me. The only thing they could have done that would have added to their service was to follow-up on Saturday to be sure she was doing well. She is doing fine. We are now awaiting results of the lab testing. The doctor and her staff are all very nice, and I highly recommend them.

I thought Dr. Rafferty was very professional and through with his exam. In fact, I have never seen a more through exam. He is very easy to talk with and answers my many questions.

We like them. They have good service. Our veterinarian is awesome. In terms of veterinarians, it seems to be generally interested in the animals. So, that is a big plus for me. Mostly for about 5-10 minutes in the waiting room.

I've lived in several cities in several states and have gone to multiple vets over the years and have never felt as completely satisfied with my experience as I have with Circle C Animal Hospital. Dr. Rafferty is an intelligent, kind, patient man with a true natural talent in how he communicates with animals, and of course his degree from a world-class veterinary school, Aand M, is certainly comforting. :) My husband and I have four cats, two of which are rescues with little-to-no socialization, and he has been able to work with them better than we ever hoped. The technicians who work with him are also impressive in their knowledge, compassion, and handling abilities. I have not had any experience with Dr. Greenville, but I have heard raves about her as well.
All of our cats are seniors now, and all have health problems, so we expect to spend a good bit at this practice in the coming years; I can honestly say that I feel happy and secure knowing my "fur babies" will have the absolute best care at Circle C Animal Hospital for years to come, God willing.
And please, if/when you visit, make sure to say 'hello' to Homer, the big orange tabby who lives at the hospital. He loves a good scratch under the chin. :)

I would recommend Circle C Animal Hospital to anyone who considers their pet a part of the family. I love the Vets. They are so caring and very personal.

My cat loves them. She actually crawl up to the vet. They're very good about keeping the animals calm.

Here's an instance in which it really helped to have Angie's List. Kudos to the folks who take the time to provide details about service providers.
We took our rat terrier in for an exam after she had been attacked by another dog in the 'hood. Our concern was not rabies but just possible infection. Turns out that of the 3 puncture wounds, the 2 on the rear quarters about 6 inches apart were actually connected under the skin. A drain was inserted for 3 days after it was thoroughly cleaned and flushed. Stitches were placed on all 3 wounds, and were just removed today (2 weeks later). The dog is doing just fine and is no worse for the wear.

Kelly was fantastic. She took the time to explain our pet's injury and condition, including the cost and the justification for it both to my wife, and later in the day, to me, when I picked up our pet. It made me feel that our dog was in really good hands. I also received very useful information from the vet, Dr. Elizabeth Neveau, and really got the sense that there is a genuine concern for animals at this vet office. Finally, I want to add that the staff at the front desk are just full of good cheer and they add to my conviction that everyone is very competent at the Circle C Animal Hospital.
We will definitely be taking our cats here, too.

We are happy with this vet. I like the vets a lot but I think the receptionists could be a little friendlier. I can always get in pretty quickly and I think their prices are reasonable. I will continue to use this vet.

We recently moved to Austin and are happy to find this vet hospital. The facilities were clean and attractive, the reception staff was pleasant, and the tech gushed all over our dog. The tech took time to gather info and answer questions, no rush. We had a reminder card from our prior vet with a list of needed services, and she went through each one, explaining why we did or didn't need what was on the list. I asked for a prescription for heartworm preventative, and she asked if I planned to order the med online. I said that I did. She explained that they sell meds for the same price as the online site because the clinic owner wants pets to have meds from a reliable source. The owner apparently had a horror story from a patient who used online meds that were worthless. After buying Sentinel from the vet, I later discovered that the price was actually $6 cheaper than the online site. The vet I saw, Dr. Greenville, was pleasant, professional, and I felt assured we were definitely in the right place. The initial exam was more expensive than some other nearby clinics (one offers a free initial exam!). However, those clinics had only one vet on staff. We prefer to have a clinic where more than one vet could be available in an emergency. The lower med prices probably help make up for the more expensive exam.

They make the animal feel comfortable. I don’t use another vet, so I have no way of knowing how their price would compare. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

I would say that they are very kind with animals. They are honest, quick with their appointments and are reasonably priced for the area. Our dog had a dental and they called several times during it to keep me updated. I would certainly recommend them if there is anyone looking for just a general neighborhood veterinarian.

Dr. Rafferty is very straightforward and friendly. He and his staff took excellent care of my cat.
