We visited their showroom and Julia helped us select the gas log set that most suited our desires and needs. We were able to get installation in one day. The tech. that came checked over our fireplace and did a very through job on the installation. He totally cleaned up all of his mess (very little of that) and was done within an hour.
I would do business with them again and would be happy to recommend them to others.

Excellent showroom display of wide variety of available designs for custom fireplace doors. All door options we saw were of exceptional quality, and prices reflected this. Total order was at top end of range we had expected to pay for a top quality, turn-key installation.
Selection and ordering were well handled. Owners Ray and Dorothy personally visited home, on time as scheduled, for guaranteed-accurate measurement for our doors. Measurement visit added $40 to project cost, but worth it to ensure custom order would perfectly fit.

Doors arrived as scheduled, but with an unacceptable imperfection. This was a problem in manufacturing, not the fault of Churchill's. World-class response from Churchill's, proactively working with their equally committed supplier to make it right.
Two cycles required to correct the problem extended total time from initial selection to completed installation from estimated 6-weeks to 14-weeks, but no worries. We are totally delighted with the doors and their installation, and particularly Churchill's professionalism in ensuring our total satisfaction.

The owner is always at the store. She is awesome. I picked the installer because when they install it s like an art to them.

It went great overall. They came on time when they said they would and made sure to keep me happy. The product is good and they installed it well it seems. It looks very nice. Their prices were reasonable as well.

Overall, it went well. The only two comments that I have is: 1)When we bought the fire logs they first directed us to the more expensive sets. Only when I informed them what our neighbor had paid did they show us the cheaper sets, and, 2)They over scheduled the installer; as result he had to come back a second time.

Wow, they are a model of efficiency and quality. I was very impressed by my salesperson (who I believe was the owner) and the installation person. BOTH exceedingly knowledgeable and professional. I really enjoy doing business with folks who have their brains and are organized!! I had previously tried to get gas logs at a competitor, and nobody knew anything, etc. etc. Forget that! So I headed to Churchill's and highly recommend them, as all of my questions and logistical questions were answered immediately and the whole process was painless.
