Chino's Construction

I called chino and set a time. he came out on the day we set and we agreed to a price.

his crew was out there at 7:00 am and started to excavate dirt and set elevations. chino explained everything  they where doing and made sure I understood what they were doing. his ideals on his past experience made me feel better on choosing him to do the work. I could not vision the area on what it would look like and he drew some pictures and explained every detail.

chino is very knowledgeable in concrete and everything he said was done.

it could not have gone any better and smoother.

it took two weeks for chino's con. to come out to my house due to a busy season but it was really, really worth it.

Overall, I would highly recommend Chino and his crew. My overall rating would be somewhere between good and excellent. I did not get bids, so I put a B for the price because I assumed I didn't get the best deal out there, but I thought the price seemed fair. I called Chino, and he came out the next day to give me a bid. He took a good amount of time to explain the work that would be done and he answered all of my questions. Once I said I wanted to use him, he had his crew out to my place within a couple days. He was not on site the entire time, but he did come throughout the day to check on the progress, which I really appreciated. Plus, the guy he left in charge when he was not there was also very nice and professional. There was one small area where the line of the walkway was not straight, but that is the only thing that kept me from giving him an overall score of excellent.

He was very hands-on, sent me a thorough estimate and walked the proposal very quickly through the City permit process. He was busy, so it took a few weeks before the project could start, but once it started, they were done quite fast. Chino and his crew took our ideas and added details that made the project look much better than I expected. He supervised every step of the way and his crew is run by experienced workers who really know their concrete.

It looks great! Will add pics once Chino comes back and stains it. One note, this is the busiest time of year, so if he does not call you back just call him again. I did have to follow up, but it was worth it.

Chino replied to a phone call we made. He came to our house, reviewed the current deck and offered an estimate. He scheduled the work within a week. He was prompt and delivered exactly the service we needed. He used a crew of three people. He was onsite for the stump grinding, left for another job and then returned to inspect the final job.

Awesome! Chino is very nice and has a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience in concrete. He gave me an estimate on a Thurs. when he came out to view the property and was at my house early Monday morning to begin the work. He was always on the job site with his crew (which is rare these days) and made sure everything was done properly. The job site was left very clean when the work was finished. I interviewed many contractors for this job and I am so very pleased I hired Chino. I highly recommend him!

Chino returned my called and came over to my residence to give an estimate on the job. Chino and his crew showed up at about 7:30am on the pre-agreed date and started to prepare the area for the extension of the cement patio floor. Chino was very informative and explained exactly what needed to be done to complete the job. The entire job was done all in one day and his crew cleaned up the entire area. The patio cement floor came out great! I would highly recommend Chino and would not hesitate in using his services again.

The job went very well. They showed up around 7 a.m and had the old slab busted out in about 30 minutes. They set up the forms and were pouring concrete within a couple hours. The slab was completely finished and they were busting out the forms by 2 p.m. Chino was very professional and informative, he even gave us suggestions on some Do-It-Yourself projects we were working on. Chino also made sure to explain to us what was going on at every step. If there was anything he thought we might have a question about, he was sure to explain things to us thoroughly. Chino stayed on site with the crew throughout the whole project, which was nice in case we had any questions or issues.
