Cheri Price - Smart Price Austin Realty

I contacted Cheri in late October.  I let her know up front that I was probably looking for the impossible and that I was very picky.  She was very kind and let me know that she would do her best to find me a home that met all my requirements.  I was looking for something in the $120,000.00 price range, 3/4 bed rooms with a back yard big enough for my boys to play in and an easy commute to my job in Dripping Springs.  She found many possiblities for me and walked me through each of them.  She was very honest about the homes and would tell me right away if she didn't think that a home was right for me, or if she thought it would need more work than I could handle on my budget.  We found a wonderful little 3 bedroom home in Kyle.  It met all my requirements and would require little to no fixing up.  Cheri was with me through the entire loan process, helping me with any questions I had or directing me to the correct person to contact.  We closed on time and I was in my new home by mid-January!  There were a few hicups along the way due to the seller's timeline, but Cheri jumped through a lot of hoops and bent over backwards to ensure that I was in my new home on time.  She has continued to check on things to ensure that the move-in went smoothly.  She did a fantastic job!
