Good experience. We hired Chase to lay down modern gray cork to unify a mish-mash of flooring materials before putting our NW Hills 70s house on the market. Nice selection of all types of flooring, helped us choose the one we did as most bang for the buck, gave us a quick and comprehensive quote. Installers were on time, polite, skilled, and fast. The job site was kept clean and the debris promptly cleared. A couple of areas we weren't thrilled with were quickly corrected without hassle. Not the cheapest, but I feel we got good value and improved the look of the home immensely. We had multiple offers the first day.

Our sales rep, Dave, was extremely helpful, and patient in helping us select just the right flooring for our house. He made several recommendations that enhanced the appearance. The installation went flawlessly. The crew arrived on schedule each morning and worked until late each day to ensure the job was completed on time. The crew was very professional, and did an exceptional job on the installation. They moved furniture, installed pads on the legs of the furniture and left the floors looking beautiful. The follow up by customer service and Dave has been excellent. They care about customer service, and it shows in their attention to detail. They are also price competitive with the other name brand stores. I highly recommend them, and plan on using them for some future carpet replacement we have planned.

2 large rooms installed with carpet. Both had large visible seams. They did rip them out and try again, but again had large visible seam so I went with another company. I also changed my mind about type of carpet, and was charged a 25 % "restocking fee".

After researching for about 6 month with another Angies list provider who didn't have a showroom, he told me to go look at a store for ideas. I walked into Chase flooring on 360. Lori Britton started talking with us and was so on top of everything we decided to go with them instead! She set up an appointment to measure, ordered samples, made suggestions and provided follow up every step of the way. They got it done before thanksgiving as promised and cleaned up exceptionally well. All of the workers were friendly, professional and did a fabulous job. We are extremely pleased.

Chase flooring has changed – and not for the better.
We selected Chase Flooring to complete major floor replacement (tiling and wood) because they had previously done a good job with two earlier jobs. This time, we were shocked at the deterioration in their service and quality. Examples include: 1) A sales person who confused the materials and provided the incorrect initial order and bid; 2) A second salesperson who measured the rooms and stairs incorrectly – which led to a shortage of materials half way through the job; 3) A business office that charged off on the entire job after only a portion was completed and prior to the delivery of the materials (without our knowledge or prior approval); 4) An installation crew(s) that required redirection to perform an acceptable installation (including poor baseboard placement and caulking); 5) Failure to inform us that the ceiling below the job might be damaged – and while they did send a handyman to repair, the final product is cosmetically flawed as he did not texture to match the surrounding areas; 6) A lack of responsiveness by ownership – while a mid-level manager did stay “involved” repeated efforts to speak with Mark Chase were ignored. All in all, we were markedly disappointed and will not use this firm again.
BUYER BEWARE – read the contract, don’t charge your order (to avoid having them collect payment prior to delivery of product or even partial completion) and CHECK your order to assure that you have enough product to complete the job.

I bought new engineered wood flooring from Chase Flooring
for my whole house, except bathrooms and laundry. It’s absolutely beautiful and came out just
like I wanted it to. Phil at Chase by
Lakeline Mall was very patient and a great help in making the experience as
painless as possible (replacing all the flooring at once required nearly moving
out and back in again) and I’d definitely recommend taking his advice on
support services that make this easier, like a trim painter and cleaning service. Chase began installing the day I asked them
for and was finished in half the time they estimated. The installers stayed late every night to get
it done and cleaned up after themselves, except for construction dust. Best of all my new flooring was installed
correctly and it looks great. I wouldn’t
hesitate to work with Chase again.

Everything went well. They did a good job with the installation, and the wood is beautiful. The only issue was that the project took a bit longer than expected.

We are retired custom home builders from the DFW area and have lots of experience with contractors. We can say that the installers for the wood flooring and the tile were above par. Cori was our salesman and he went above and beyond every step of the way. My Daughter used Chase floor several years ago and had the same experience.

We had a good experience with them. They had to send someone back because the hardwood met up with the bedroom carpet, but other than that and a timing mix-up it was fine. They were courteous, the workers were professional, and we were pleased with the product that we bought. They worked with us and the workmen cleaned up very well. We are planning on using them again.

My problems with them were that they did not finish the job in one day as promised. They didn't have all of the tiles that they needed. My second problem was that they didn't sand the doors and the doors didn't shut over the new tiles that they placed. Their quality of work was an A if I don't count them not cleaning the doors. I would use them again in the future if need be.

extremely poor quality of installation. Hardi-Backer was not affixed properly to the sub floor resulting in loose areas of tile. Attempts to resolve with Mark Chase proved unsuccessful and very frustrating. IMHO he does not care about the customer only his bottom line. I will never do business with Chase again and recommend no one else does either.

They are wonderful. If you pay cash, they give you a three percent discount. Brent was the guy there. They have their own crews and they actually work for them. They worked with the people that did my countertops.

They improperly installed our tile underlayment and is loose and has become unlevel in areas. I have tried to work with them to get a satisfactorily resolution. They have offered me $2,500 reimbursement and I have accepted with a guarantee that if problems arise that they would fix it. Now problems have arisen and I expressed my opinion of their resolution and they have not responded back to me by phone or email. To go further I have made an offer to them that if our current problems are in no way related to their installation that I would pay for time and material as well as refund their $2,500 reimbursement to fix the job.

The thing that I liked the most about them is that they communicated well. They came and did exactly what they said they were going to do. There was one small problem with a creaking board and they came out right away and repaired it. They were both very responsive and reliable.

I closed on my house in Lake Pointe on October 1st. An hour after I closed I walked into Chase Carpets & Tile and met the sales representative Ron Wright. I told him I was dying for real hardwood floors, wanted Brazilian Cherry and as a single mom I was on a budget. He brought out the Mohawk brand Brazilian Cherry and told me I could get it for $6.99 which included installation. I was hooked!!! It was on sale and I couldn't believe that I could get the floors at that price. I scheduled for Ron to come out the following week to do the measurements of the living, dining, hallway and master bedroom. He was even a couple of minutes early which I loved. He's awesome! The floors are officially done. Their installation team stayed until 9:30pm last night (I haven't moved in yet) and they even cleaned the floors before they left. They are the most beautiful floors I've ever seen. I couldn't be an ounce happier...the entire experience was simply AMAZING.

I have to say, I am pretty sure I was not one of Chases happiest customers. I did not feel they took enough gentle care when moving my furniture. I also thought they were kind of slow when it came to cleaning up almost as if they did not want to do it. I am not too sure they would be my first pick for future carpet cleaners. I probably would not even consider them again.

They really rushed this entire job and the end results are proof of that. They did absolutely no clean up throughout working and weren't a pleasure to be around. The floors when they first laid them out really looked good but when doing the finishing work they ruined the look. I was not impressed with them at all.

Chase did an awesome job and we are extremely pleased with the effect. All the grout lines are even, the tile cuts are exact and the grout has stayed cleaned. We wouldn't change anything about their work, which they completed in four days.
