We are a local full service billiard company. I specialize in set ups, refelts,& cushion replacement. I regularly service over 100 commercial tables. I'm also the local expert called on for antiques & high end tables. Some of my clients are pros, celebrities and wealthy elite but I give the same level of service on garage tables for average players. New pool tables, game room furniture , shuffleboard, outdoor tables, & accessories can be half off average retail prices and lower than online in most cases. Paul & Jay were showed a 110% level of customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a pool table relocated, felted, leveled or any type of repair. He also gave us recommendations for why type of billiard balls to use on our specific cloth that was installed.

Paul was very professional. He broke down the pool table at the Home Consignment Shop, moved it to the house, and rebuilt it and leveled it. The table is an 8ft, 3 piece slate pool. Paul was very knowledgable and thorough in leveling the table properly. The whole process took approximately 3 hours. Paul also sells accessories at reasonable prices. I would absolutely use him again or recommend him to a friend.

Paul took the time to do the job right, no shortcuts. He ordered the color of felt we wanted because it was not a color he kept in stock. We didn't plan to get the cushions replaced but when we got the felt off it was obvious that the rubber was really in bad shape and Paul had everything he needed to take care of that at the same time. When he finished, the table looks and plays like new - we are very happy with the work he did.

I made an appointment to have the pool table re-felted. The service guy confirmed the appointment and showed up on time. He was very professional and did not charge any hidden fees. He did an excellent job and even cleaned up!

Called at 11:45am to re-schedule 12:00 appointment to 1:30, actually arrived at 2:30. But once there, worked diligently, carefully, with good humor, additional information, etc. Did a great job putting table exactly where I wanted, exactly level, with felt better than before.
