The owner that I told and showed what I wanted did not come to do the work or oversee it, Not everything was done and the final bill was way over the bid without previous consulting. Not happy.

I was out of town with family illness.  Called him and he did the work and let me pay him when I returned home.

Mulch was included in the price. I'm really glad I found him. I have used him again and I would again.

Very polite, very competent, and service is very affordable. Comes when needed and promptly. Other services have insisted on year round work even in drought and non-growth times, which for us was a waste of money. Its reassuring to know we have a dependable company on call when needed.

Excellent & thorough job!. They even cleaned off our back porch & raked leaves out of our pool!!!! The first time ever I paid $80 for lawn work & got $80 worth of work. They are who I'll be calling next time.

 I called Castlewood from Canada and askd for their help in preparing my home in Austin for renting. I had used castlewood when I was living in Austin and was always satisfied with their work. I told them the yard was terrible and asked them to help me out and bill me what he wanted for the work.

Ken is a great guy!  I have used him since 2006 and he has kept my lawn looking great.  Ken is honest and very professional.  He will go out of his way to help you out.  He is very punctual and reliable.  My yard is not very big therefore not very costly but Ken always treats us as if we were one of his bigger contracts.  I would recommend Ken (Castlewood Lawn Service) to anyone wanting good reliable lawn care.

I chose them because they are nearby and they have good reviews. Communication, punctuality, and responsiveness were all great. The only problem is that they missed a patch on the side of the house but anyone could have made a mistake like that. The price is really really good.

I was in need of a new lawn service and saw Castlewood's truck in the neighborhood. My friend Nancy said she used them all the time and was very happy with the service. I tried them and they have worked out great for me.

I picked this company because they are willing to do occasional (on demand) service and do not require a long term contract. The owner came out to my home to give me an estimate for his services. He was punctual and friendly. I asked him to come back and mow within the next week. On the day of service, three men arrived and completed the mowing and trimming in 30 minutes. It looked great. I plan to use them again. While $50 may be a little on the high side compared to other lawn care services (hence the B), I was very happy with the results (hence the overall A).

This is a pretty big job that I have done every two weeks. They automatically schedule the service and come out and take care of it. I think the price is pretty reasonable for the size of job that it is. I would recommend their services.
