It went smooth and professional from the first contract to the finish.  As soon as a call was placed for a bid, one was provided.  All parties envolved were professional, curteous and knowledgeable.
The quaility of their work was as expected and desired. The men were punctual and performed all work in a timely manner.
There is not a thing you could have asked for that they would not have done to make things any better.  A great company and very competitively and fairly priced.  We plan to use them in the future, for future builds.

I am a person who likes things done right the first time. Don Carrington, the owner, oversees the job every day and makes sure there is proper planning and scheduling so the job goes as good as possible. His crew has been with him for many years and they are as professional as you'll fine. They want to please, and they do. Don is the real deal. He is honest with the upmost integrity.He uses the best materials and does not dummy down anythng.  I cannot over emphasize the great job they did. I recommend him highly!!

Within hours of our call to Don Carrington, he was on our roof assessing the damage and promptly scheduled the work for the next day - and also fixed some areas around air vents that looked like they would be needing some repair in the not-too-distant future. They were great!  Extremely professional, punctual, and gave a detailed bid for the projects.  It's hard to find quality roofers, but these guys know their stuff and get things done timely.  The roof replacement job was quite expensive and they worked with the sellers to get paid at closing.  For my listing, we were on a tight schedule and they made recommendations to solve the problem without any unnecessary work and it was extremely reasonable.

They did an excellent job. They came in and worked hard everyday. They cleaned up their mess when they left. They carried off everything like broken tile and did a nice job. They were very pleasant.

Our roof had been damaged by hail in this spring's thunderstorms. We called our insurance company, and we were given two roofers to contact. Don called us back immediately and inspected our roof the next day to see if there was actual hail damage. He submitted his report to the insurance company, and they sent their adjuster to verify his findings. There had been so many houses damaged, it took the insurance adjuster a few days to get to us, but as soon as he verified that we indeed had hail damage, Don and his crew were ready to go to work. Don brought us samples along with his recommendation of what he thought would look good on our house. We decided to upgrade and get the "Class 4" rated shingles which can withstand 110 mph winds and are hail resistant. Don had to order them, but they arrived within just a few days, and his crew was ready to get started. This is the first "home improvement/repair" that we have ever done that went this smoothly. We didn't have to call them back to re-do anything. They did the job right the first time, and always returned our calls within a very short time. Then Don took care of the necessary paperwork that had to be submitted to the insurance company so we can receive our discount for installing the "Class 4" shingles. We were going to be out of town and he came while we were gone and repaired the roof and shingles. We were very satisfied with his work and recommends him to our neighbor who uses him regularly. I highly recommend this service.
