GREAT service & care, except that they do not take appt's which can lead to long waits during busy times

The wait time was maybe 45 minutes because they do not take appointments. It was a very good interaction. They were very thorough, friendly, and pet oriented.

They are very knowledgeable, very professional. They understand animals. We take our dogs there. They seem to understand. Our dogs are pure bred dogs and they are very knowledgeable about the different types of dogs and their reaction to things. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I don't remember the exact price but they were about 20% less than the other clinics that we checked into.

I had a great experience with them. They are very good. They are very reasonably priced. I will continue to use them in the future.

I have been using them for about three years and have always been very pleased with them. This trip was because my 19 year old cat had stopped eating and was not responsive. I was prepared to put her to sleep. Dr. Kimbrough said her heart was strong and suggested trying a steroid shot and a long-acting antibiotic as well as a nutrient gel. We did this and the cat responded quickly. She is eating non-stop and is as active as one could expect for her age. I love that they do what the animal needs and don't try to push the owner into extra tests or procedures.

It went horrible. I should have checked them out on Angie's List first, but my mother had used this clinic and raved about one of the other vets there. When I got there, the receptionist was not very friendly. When I was shown to an exam room, I asked the assistant about the cost of services, for which she provided false/inaccurate information. Between the time the price was quoted and the time I paid, the price for a blood test had gone up $30, and the worm medicine was no longer included. I was told that my cat needed the blood test, because there were signs of hyper-thyroidism, but then when I was called with the results, everything was normal, except for mildly elevated glucose levels...for which they naturally want to run more tests that I have to pay for. Maybe it makes me a bad person that I was upset at paying $125 for a blood test when nothing was wrong, rather than being relieved that nothing is wrong, but I am on a very tight budget and really cannot afford to do pointless tests. They were by no means apologetic that I was mis-quoted on price either, in fact the receptionist acted like I was lying!!!! They eventually reduced the price of the office visit a little, but that still doesn't make up for the fact that I received less than I was quoted and paid more. The veterinarian herself was not very friendly either, and when I asked a general question about whether I should take my cat off indoor formula cat food, I got a whole sales pitch on Purina and why their chemical-laced food is the best. I was NOT asking for a product recommendation, I do not believe in feeding chemicals to my pets, and she never answered the question. I am also unhappy that they keep calling my work, rather than my cell, when I specifically requested that they only call my work as a last resort. When they call my cell, I might answer/return the call. Honestly, 4 days later and I am still mad about the whole experience.

They have always been really good with my pets and I can say that they show a lot of compassion for the animals. They are very trusting and they show a lot patience toward my dog and cat both.

I have used them for a lot. They board pets too and I really trust them for that. They are very sympathetic and wonderful to my pets. The vet is very knowledgeable, and I feel very comfortable with him. I have recommended him to my friends.
