The roof was properly installed. There have not been any leaks in the last two years. Very economical and good service.
The issues were as follows:
Part of the fascia was damaged during the process, which was partly restored.
Also the garage door got some spotting because of falling shingles, which was never fixed

The work was scheduled and planned by Rick. We waited for nearly 2 months for the skylight to come in even though it was a basic skylight (no special requirements). When they called to tell us that the skylight had come in, we were told they would be out the next day to install it. Three weeks later (we called twice after that) the installer went to the wrong address, and when he FINALLY did show up he told us that he didn't have the right equipment to install it and would have to come back the next week. Don't waste your time on these folks. They are not professionals in any sense of the word. How could a crew FOREMAN not know what to bring to install a skylight??

"Most of the report that the member filed is true. The supplier I ordered the skylight from shipped the wrong skylight. I had it shipped back and re-ordered. It did take a long time to get. This all happened at the same time Hurricane Ike landed in the Houston area. I had a lot of friends that needed help covering their homes. I hauled generators down there because they could not get them. We also helped their neighbors so they could all stay dry until they could get emergency relief. My wife who is with Homeland Security was deployed there as well. I was gone for approximately two weeks."
