Derrick & Casey Barba did an outstanding job on cleaning our carpets and tile floors. Tile was especially dirty and had totally changed colors from being so dirty. Now look like the original brand new tiles. They provide prompt, professional, and friendly services. Outstanding results!!

They were wonderful, explained everything before they did it. They were able to adjust the strength of the chemicals. Accommodating to us on what needed to be done.

We had some nasty stains - two teens and a dog that eats everything and then gets sick. I didn't expect the stains to come out, I was just hoping that they would fade a bit. Every stain is gone. The carpet looks like new. They also applied a spray that keeps down dust mites. Both teens have allergy induced asthma and deep carpet cleaning can actually increase dust mite activity, so it was nice that they could spray and keep the dust mites down. Both kids reported feeling better in the mornings after the carpets were cleaned. Service-wise, Casey and Derrick are great. They are incredibly responsive and very nice. Derrick showed up on time both times we have used them and worked hard for nearly three hours to clean the carpets in four rooms and a long hallway. They provided me with a can of spot treatment to use between cleanings. My cleaners love it and the can was used up in six month. I will use them every year to get a clean carpet before the holiday season when I am hosting guests.

I don’t recall the price but it was very reasonable. They did a great job, nothing smelled, and it dried quickly. I was very pleased.

The stains are gone and no more odor. Dog has not gone on carpet since. Now I have clean carpet and it was dry so quickly! So much better than steam cleaning. I kept the room with dog stains closed off a couple of extra days just to play it safe -- he suggested 24 hours. Very happy with results!

We are very happy with Texas Chem Dry. Derrick was very nice, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Casey(who schedules appointments) was extremely responsive and polite. Loved working with them and will use them again in the future!!!!

They did a very good job. The price was comparable to other estimates. The job was done professionally and they had the work completed quickly after my initial phone call. My son who lives out of town made a comment that he noticed my carpets were cleaned and this is a lighter carpet, so they did a very nice job. They were recommended by a friend who has used them for years.

They are awesome. They were great with the work. They were professional and they did a good job cleaning the carpets.

The service went well. The house was empty and all the carpet needed to be cleaned very well. They had a process for getting out spots and when I came back in it was not done entirely well after the first visit. I did call them back and they did come back out for no charge and the second time they came, the work looked very good. The price was fair as well.

They do a good work. I have a tendency to use the chem-dry process. There are a couple of ways to do the chem-dry process. I have found that the service is better if they use a truck-mounted machine. I specify that I want the service done this way since I find it works better. I am very comfortable with their service. They are a local operator and good folks. Whenever I have had any problems, the owner has been very involved in resolving the issues.

It turned out fine. I have used them previously and I have not used any other steem cleaners in the past 10 years. The cost was reasonable. They did a great job with the sofa as well. They are very professional and provide high quality work.

They came in and I showed them the piece's of furniture. When they left I looked around and the furniture just looked wet and not done right. I called a separate company to redo the couches as they did not get them clean. They were not careful with their equipment as it hit one of my tables. They just were not professional with the service.

I was happy with the service. The price was reasonable. We have only hardwood floors now so we would not use them in the future.

We were not happy as their cleaning process redistributes the dirt around and we would not use them again. The process may lift the dirt and disperse it but it does not remove it. This was the first time we did a chemical treatment and it did nothing to remove the dirt. We called them and they did redo some areas and the result was inferior to other carpet cleaners that we had used in the past. The same guy came out for the second visit and we did ask him about the process and he said that was how it was supposed to work.

Derrick and Casey were on time and quickly got right to work going through the house to see what all had to be done.  Derrick pointed out all of the "pet" spots with his special flashlight - I had no idea how many there were. They explained the whole process and I opted for the special treatment on those stains.  That was an extra charge, but well worth it.  They got right to work and finished when they said they would.  When I did the walk-through after they were done, I could not believe the difference.  The carpet looked almost new.  We had used another cleaning service just a year ago, and that company did not do nearly the quality work that Capital of Texas ChemDry did.  I also appreciated that they didn't try to push me on the most expensive treatment. I told them what I wanted, and that was it. They also gave me a bottle of spot cleaner to use on stains in between treatments. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

The results are amazing.  We just completed a major remodel and the carpet was filthy in addition to being old (we bought higher end carpet  and it has held up incredibly well).  Now it looks almost looks new  now.  This is the second time they have cleaned our carpet.  They were a pleasure to deal with.
I will call them again next time I need carpet cleaning.
