CAPCO INC

I had my roof replaced in 2009 after a hail storm. Work was done by Quality Exteriors. I would never use them again. In 2012 we had a hard rain and my roof leaked. Quality Exteriors came out and and quot;fixedand quot; it for me. Funny things about repairs to roofs, you don't know if it's been fixed until the next hard rainfall. In Austin, that can take awhile. Next time it leaked, I again called Quality Exteriors and left a message on his phone. I called several times after that and he never responded. So this year, I decided to use a different roofer to repair my leak. I called CAPCO because they were recommended by my insurance carrier. CAPCO has been out three times so far. The first time was to repair the tiles around two vents. The second time was to replace those two vents with taller ones. Today, he is here after our rain last night and he is replacing the PVC pipe that the water has been traveling down. Because he came today, right after the rain, he could feel where it was wet and he was eager to do that. My point here is that he is happily returning until the problem is fixed; he is not charging more than his original estimate which did not include the new vents nor the PVC pipe; and that he is answering my pleas and sticking with me until the issue is resolved. This is an honorable man! I want you to know that I appreciate Joe Higginbotham!

Overall the experience was good. There were a few minor issues that were resolved quickly. The company owner is very responsive when issues are brought to his attention. The crew was punctual and kept the job site clean. I was very impressed with the effort they made to protect gardens and my pool from debris. They completed the job in one day. There was usually an english speaking supervisor available so communication was ok. I would consider using this company again.

They did a very good job. One of the reasons I chose them is because they were priced competitively, they were the lowest. I later found out that they also provide good service. They were very professional, I was very happy with the whole experience.

They did exactly what they said they would do.

Joe and Sandy were always knowledgeable and responsive, teaching me a lot about roofs and their characteristics. They answered all my questions and always did what they promised, when they promised. A couple of people who know roofs have since seen our new one and are very impressed with the workmanship. Our property was left clean and undamaged, even though this was a big job and our house sits on a considerable slope.

They removed the old roof and installed the new one within 14 hours. They worked non-stop. They were very clean and they did not break anything. The next day they installed trim and the gutters. They did a perfect job. They were personable and the price was reasonable.

They were excellent, on time, and reasonable. They also followed up on the service all around excellent will use them again.

I was in need of a new roof due to the severe damage a hail storm had previously caused. Calling the people at Capco was a good choice if I do say so myself. They came and had things done in a well mannered time frame with no mess for me to clean up. I also thought they were reasonably priced; I did shop around for a few quotes before calling them.

I was actually satisfied with the new roof I had put on from the people at Capco. Nothing bad stood out so I would have to say that they had done a good job. They had better prices than most other places too. I am some what persuaded to say that as long as the company was run the same way I would hire them again.
