Superbly. Everything in the services provided by Caliber Colliion on South IH 35 was excellent, from the administrative to the mechanical. I cannot praise them enough. If I ever need such assistance again, I will go to them.

It was a good experience. One experience has been good, one, we had had to change to another one because of lack of scheduling issues and stuff like that. Since it was all insurance work, there was no out of pocket expenses.

Juan Rodriguez was the contact at Caliber. He inspected my car, contacted the insurance company, ordered parts and kept in contact with me at least once a day by phone or text. I took my car in on Wednesday morning and picked up late Friday afternoon. The finished work was beautiful and they had washed and cleaned the interior of the car too. The people in the office were all professional and knew their jobs.

They got me in on a rush basis, as I rely on this vehicle for a school carpool. They got the repair quoted, parts ordered and worked with my insurance company on payment. I just had to cover my deductible. They got the work done, and did an outstanding job, in time for the car to be ready to go back into carpool service by the time spring break had ended!

We got the estimate approved by the offending driver's insurance carrier, and scheduled a drop off time. Caliber Collision sent out regular emails throughout the repair process keeping us informed of our vehicle's status. We were also able to get rental car service, which was a great stress reliever. After the repair was complete, we were thrilled that our car looked brand new again. They even took the time to look at a previous repair poorly done at another body shop to see if there was anything they could do to make it better. A few days after we drove it home, we noticed the hood looked slightly uneven. We contacted Caliber Collision, and they fixed the bracket, no hassles.We appreciate the friendly staff and the excellent service!

I took the car in Monday and it was finished on Thursday. Looks better than it did before the dent. Car also washed and cleaned inside and outside. Insurance Co of the other driver paid for the damages. They had me go to CC for an estimate.

The car had minor bumper damage that had to be repaired and general maintenance and in-warranty repair services.

We finally got our van back 5 days after the initial due date. The paperwork indicated some extra repairs that were not part of the original estimate; however, none of this had been directly communicated to us during the delay. The great irony is that I spent my first call on hold for 10 min, listening to a recording extolling the frequent status reports that the facility was proud to give .. The interior of the van itself was nicely detailed. But over the weekend we noticed that the wheel alignment was still slightly off, that the new wheel was unbalanced, and that one of the affected panels was misaligned. These shortfalls were addressed, somewhat imperfectly, as part of their guaranty, but by this time we had no more patience for the process of bringing it back again for another day or two to correct what should have been right the first time. The van is drivable and the damage is not obvious, but it's disappointing that the shop didn t restore the van's original perfection.
