The owner Carey was recommended by a friend but I should?ve trusted my gut feeling about him! Carey is a smooth talking con man full of false promises not to mention such a pervert to always talking about his sexual life with his wife and girlfriends? he does some creative drawings though that?s how he got me don?t fall for it, he starts out great but once he has all your money good luck with everything working properly and fixing so called warranty issues!!! Our pool was finished but nothing has worked properly since then, We?ve got major cracks in the retaining walls where plaster is falling off, we now have dirt flowing from a pipe straight into our pool, a pipe must be busted in the retaining wall somewhere which is going to cost major dollars more!!! The autofill has never worked from the beginning and never fixed all the leaks after he was paid! Carey is still out there scamming the next victim don?t be one of them! He?s a major alcoholic too, WARNING ??

He left a wake of broken commitments, unpaid vendors and a pool that will have to be demolished and rebuilt for not just myself but another verify large pool on our street. Selecting this company is easily one of the worst experiences ever. Run.

CC Pool Concepts is exceptional in design and customer service. The sales process was very straightforward and transparent and our family loves the pool.

The communication we have is great, His expectation have been set and he is meeting those expectations. Some instances he is exceeding those expectations. The project is still underway. It looks like it will be completed ahead of deadline.

I have been really satisfied with him, He has been very responsive and friendly and did what I needed him to do for this project.
