This was an extremely difficult job for the installer, but the floor turned out great.

Went smoothly from start to finish. The installers were very professional and hard working. Very pleased with the work. House looks great.

They did an amazing job! They were all very professional and helpful. My carpet looks fantastic and the backsplash really compliments the colors in my kitchen.

Everything was on time and came in slightly under the initial estimate. Crews were clean and professional.

I am a custom home builder in the Austin and Dripping Springs area. When I needed new flooring in my personal home I used Butler Floors. They do beautiful work and even met a difficult timeframe. I highly recommend them.

Lots of handholding in their office while I made design decisions. They did a quick job and have received many compliments on how it all looks. However, I was not happy with all the irregularities in the wood's pattern. The large sample I took home did not have that. If they could have spread out those irregularities a bit more it wouldn't have been so noticeable, but in my opinion the workers just laid it out as it came from the box and didn't consider this. I was encouraged not to be at home while the work was done. After it's down it's too late. The owner said they would come by and look at it but they never did. Again let me say I've received many compliments on how nice the floors look so maybe the issue is mine. :-)

It was great. They were terrific. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and did a great job. They verified if we were happy. Everything about it was good.

Excellent - I have yet to see as beautiful a floor anywhere! Demo of tile/carpet and installation of the new hardwood flooring went exactly as planned; Butler suggested that we tape off the kitchen surfaces with plastic sheeting (wise move) and had us paint molding/trim, which we enjoyed. Outstanding job!

Our house foundation was very uneven from time and settling and they were great to get the flooring ordered and when it was ready to install, they had to float the entire floor to ensure that it was level once the tile was laid and set. The owners and the installers were all great to work with and we would recommend them and use them again for another project.

Rob and Cindy at Butler floors were Super friendly and professional. Cindy really helped me find the right color and flooring for my Mother's house and Rob was very informative about the entire process. Their Crew led by Ramon were very nice, punctual and hardworking and did a great job with the floors and the clean up!

The job turned out to be a really tough job.  Joe, who did the preparation and installation, and his helpers had to saw through many layers of plywood (underlayment) with many extremely long nails to remove the old flooring.  This was a very labor intensive job that required many more hours than expected, and Joe and his helpers remained pleasant the entire time.  Joe has worked for the company for many years and does high quality work.  I don't think anyone else could have done this job.  Joe coordinated work done with an individual we hired separately to work on some of the floor leveling issues, and he did an excellent job with the coordination. Butler Floors' owners are great to work with, as well.  The owners delivered the flooring a week or more before the installation so it could acclimate in our house.   After looking at the flooring for a week or so before the installation, we decided the lighting in our house didn't play well with the color of the new flooring.  The owners allowed us to swap the flooring we originally ordered for some other flooring that we liked better, and we were so grateful.   Although the job took much more time than expected with all the difficulties of removing the old flooring and allowing time for the other individual we hired separately to do some major floor leveling, we were not asked to pay more than the original proposal.  The cost of the job was very reasonable, especially with all the extra labor involved. The flooring looks great.  I would highly recommend Butler Floors to anyone.

Butler Floors did an excellent job with my project, at substantially lower cost than the other bid I got. Owners Cindy and Rob were very helpful and willing to answer lots of questions. The work crew came on time, worked efficiently, the new flooring looked great, and they left everything very clean and neat. This was a very positive experience and I would talk with Butler first about any future flooring projects.

This carpet installation was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I knew what type of carpet wanted and Rob directed right to the appropriate choices. The price was reasonable. The estimate was accurate. There was very little carpet left over. The installers showed up on time. They did an excellent job of installing the carpet. They were respectful and very careful. I would definitely recommend them.

We purchased ceramic tile from Butler Floors for my husbands computer room. We have bought tile from them in the past. They are a mom and pop location and are great to do business with.

It was a positive experience, and I liked working with the company.

Butler Floors is a family-owned business, so it offers a very personalized service. The installers did a great job, and we didn't have to do any touch ups to our freshly painted condo. Ultimately, it was a pleasure to deal with them.
