I gave my number and name though, they had never called me back. (They have my correct number because the lady at their office confirmed it when I gave it.) It's really bad manner and totally unprofessional.

I used Larry to install a new Carrier system for my upstairs unit when it went out two years ago. His team did a great job, were reasonably priced, and were in and out in less than two hours. He really advised me on the best set up, and didn't try to oversell me. When a setting on the unit was missed, Larry came back late that night personally and corrected the issue.
Yesterday, two years later, the capacitor on the new unit shorted out. I called Larry at 7:45 this morning. He called me back at around 8:30 and came by around 8:45. By 9:00 my unit was repaired and cooling again. Now I realize that results aren't typical here - Larry probably had a small gap in his schedule and I believe he doesn't live far from me. However, this is twice now that Larry has been extremely responsive and efficient with resolving an issue and I think for those homeowners who have dealt with any service providers (and I have dealt with many, many providers) you will find that this is extremely rare. I chuckled when I read another review here that actually criticized Larry for showing up quickly, personally, and somewhat unexpectedly. I'll take that any day, all day.
Larry doesn't mess around. And when it's the dead of a Texas summer and you have a family who's sweating it out with a broken A/C unit, you want a guy like him. For big or small jobs, he's got my top grade.

Great!  Our old AC went out, needed new one to be installed in the existing hole in the wall, hotel unit AC in our small studio house.

He never gave me a specific appointment time or date; he just showed up and I didn't like that so I cancelled my service with him.

Larry came in today and did his yearly maintenance on our two AC units.

He is reliable, professional, available, and does a great job.

Bunton showed up promptly after our 2nd floor air conditioner failed.  The temperature out side was in the high 90s.  The next day the installation crew showed up on time and intalled the new air conditioner.

After Mr Susen left, I found a credit card receipt for a parts purchase indicating a price for a parts sale of $196.66 from a parts supply warehouse. Today, the parts supply house would not confirm to me that the part cost any such amount; in fact, neither that parts supplier nor two others would even agree to talk about parts or pricing with me unless I had a license as a repairman. Hence I am left with the unverified suspicion that Bunten Services marked up the price of the control board some 94.4 percent. Did I pay nearly $180 too much?

Bunten was very easy to deal with and offered me a great price compared to 3 other bids for comparable equipment. They were prompt and efficient on the install. The only thing I might ding them on was the quality of their original quote. It was less crisp than the others I received, but we talked it through and they delivered exactly what I expected.

We were very happy with them since they did a great job. They did a very thorough and quality job. They did come out when they said they would and they called us immediately when they couldn?t come out because of any truck problem or other problem. So their communication was good. My husband did a lot of comparison shopping and they had the best price for the same product. They were very helpful in getting the rebate forms to us and made sure that we met the qualifications for the federal as well as the city rebate. We will certainly use them again.

I called these folks to come out for an energy audit because they are an authorized Carrier dealer. THey came out and saw that I was working with Austin Energy because of rebates, and told me that Austin Energy has screwed them in the past and do I really want to go through their rebate program. I said yes because it was a great opportunity to save some money and become more energy efficient. THey said they would go back to their office and put together a proposal for a couple of unit options. I have not heard back from them. Have since gone to Strand Bros and Air Tech, both of which provided proposals enthusiastically.

It want relatively well. Unfortunately, I didn't get the efficiency I thought I would. I was expecting less energy usage. I did call Carrier, who was the manufacturer of the air conditioner, but there was nothing they could really do. But, Bunten they did a good job with the installation, and his bid was competitive.

We have been very happy with him. He is very trustworthy. He always comes out to do the work for us. He never tries to make us feel like we need a new air conditioner when we don't.

My tenants arranged for the work to be done. Said they were easy to work with and polite. They called me in the morning to let me know the heater wasn't functioning. I found Bunten A/C Service on Angie's list before lunch. My tenants called shortly there after to arrange an estimate that evening. Their technician was at the house by 4:30 and the work was performed within the hour and for a decent price. Problem solved.

THEY CAME RECOMMENDED AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. IT WAS MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE THAN I THOUGHT AND IT STILL WORKS PERFECTLY. THEY ALSO CAME THE DAY I CALLED.

WE HAVE USED THEM BEFORE TO REPAIR OUR A/C AND OUR HEATER. THEY DO A GREAT JOB AND SEEM TO FIX EVERYTHING VERY QUICKLY. THEY ALSO COME QUICKLY WHICH IS GOOD WHEN YOU'RE AC IS OUT IN AUSTIN.
