I had bed bugs and contacted Brock for help. He was helpful and seemed knowledgeable about this pest. He helped, and I trusted him with his decisions. I had to have several rooms heated, with mine being the biggest concern. He said I did not have to do the living room as he did not see any concerns there. The evening after he heated my room, I found a live bug. I was extremely concerned that the bug had survived the heat. I contacted him immediately and he reassured me it was not a concern because it was a male. I have now found bed bugs again. I first found them in my couch- the one he originally told me didn't need heating. I know its been a while and circumstances happen, but I am not completely sure everything that could have done was done. I think the treatment would have been effective if it had been done properly.
