My pool person called Brian to discuss replastering our pool.  He went inside our house and decided that would be more interesting to discuss. I was not there, but I had told our pool person about the project and the door was open.
So,Brian called me. I said we were already working on quotes from some other contractors but he could go ahead and give me his quote. He spent 20-30 minutes on the phone with me talking poorly about all other Austin contractors and the work that had already been done in our house ( I was well aware of the problems and told him that up front).  I just wanted him to provide me a quote for the pool and he got so caught up in the house and his endless sales pitch he never even did that. 
I thought it was very insulting that he took the liberty to waste so much of my time and pretty much insult my intelligence for even hiring the other guy in the first place and question my ability to hire the next contractor without even providing the quote he was there for in the first place- replastering my pool!! 
He talked on and on about how great he is and how he could do so much better and danced around the subject when I asked to see his website, price and dates. Also, it was very hard to find anything for him on-line. If he really has been in business for 25 years I have no idea why there aren't any reviews. He said my house was a "money pit" and then gave me his quote, which was $25k higher than the other 3 contractors, who all came with good reviews. This guy is a joke.
Thanks for the negative interaction and for wasting my time -- now you won't even get our business for the pool!

The entire team is amazing.  They were very nice, very hard working, and always on time!  They were very reliable, made sure I liked what they were doing, and very trustworthy.  
It started with the owner, David, come over for free to give an estimate of the work.  They were able to start the actual work within a few days.  As the work started, I noticed a few other things that I thought would be nice to do, and David stopped by each time, talked with me about what I wanted, and adjusted the work as I needed (wanted).  They had no problem adding a few tasks to their job, and David was very honest about the fact that some of the things I asked would be a bit expensive, or take a bit more time than they thought.
Though David gave me his thoughts on what he would do and where, he was open and willing to go with anything I choose.  I ended up going with most of his suggestions, because they allowed me to get some really good deals on some nice looking stuff from his suppliers.  
They finished their job within their expected time frame (extended only by my extra requests).  They showed up every day, on time, and worked the whole day!  Again, every member of his team was very friendly and respected our home the entire time.  They cleaned up after their work each day and started back over the next.  I would highly recommend this group to anyone looking to do anything in their home.  They can do anything from plumbing to painting to woodworking to complete remodels! They are simply amazing!!!!!  Also, you won't find a better price for their quality anywhere.  I compared their bid to a few others before working with them the first time, and was so impressed with their low bid I almost didn't go with them (thought it may be too good to be true).  Very glad I stuck with them!  Will use them for any future help I need!

He is well-known in the community and has done work for many. I know that there are people who have used him that will stand by the work he has done. I will be using this company again for future projects.
