Great, he's my favorite septic service by a long shot.

Bill was on time and did the job for a reasonable price.

Called Bill Sanchez plumbing after trying several other Septic services because I was trying to get it pumped ASAP. He arranged for the next afternoon which was great and then later in the afternoon called and asked if he could arrive earlier in the day which suited me just fine. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. I'm really glad I called them. Highly recommended. 

In spite or torrential rains in the morning, Bill still made it out within about 4 hours of making contact with him. He was able to fix a failed pump switch and drain the black tank while he was there. Super nice guy to deal with. I was really looking for a smaller full-ervice provider and appreciated dealing directly with the owner who came out and take care of the job. I'd highly recommend Bill and definitely call him the next time that I need septic repair.

Bill came out within 3 hours of being called on a Saturday morning, pumped out a septic container and fixed the failed sump pump.  It was a service that we greatly appreciated being done so quickly.  His total bill was less than what other providers wanted to charge just to come out and look at the situation.  He showed up. fixed the issue and was cheerful and pleasant.

I found Bill on Angie's List, called and spoke to Bill, set a time for him to arrive and pump our septic tanks. He not only personally answers his calls, but arrived promptly as scheduled. Thank you Bill and thank you Angie's List! Bill has been placed on our contractor list for ALL future needs!

I heard our septic alarm going off and panicked. (after googling this was not a good thing and could potentially cause flooding of the kind you dont want in your house or in your neighbor's yards). After leaving messages at other companies that specialize in septic systems I called Bill (thanks Angie's list). By this time it was after 5pm on a Wed evening. he answered immediately and was at my house within an hour. He was friendly, professional, and honest about the issues and potential costs. He identified ways we could save money and still get the results needed (no upselling at all and he easily could have - I dont know a lot/anything about septic systems). He stayed unitl it was well after dark with a smile on his face and positive demeanor the entire time. He did a thorough investigation of the system and field to ensure all other systems were working before he left. He also fixed a separated pipe that my husband could've easily handled and didnt charge us for it. He went above and beyond and could've charged us a ridiculous amount as this was an after-hours, emergency situation - and did not. We will use Bill from now on for any septic or plumbing issues in the future. His trustworthiness, responsiveness, and positive attitude were refreshing and worth referring to others.

I had called the plumber who originally installed this system to run a diagnostic when my tenant called to say the grinder pump was not working. This other plumber said it was an electrical problem and recommended replacing the entire controller box ($1500 for part alone) and was hinting there might be a problem with the pump - which could void it's warranty and put me on the hook for additional repair costs. I decided to get a second opinion.
I had never worked with Bill Sanchez before. He came recommended to me by a friend. We spoke on the phone and he gave me his diagnotic fee up front, and we scheduled a time for the service call. Upon checking the system, Bill quickly determined that two loose wires needed to be plugged in properly to the capacitor inside the controller box. Also, he noted these were uncoated wires and were so close together they might be shorting out. So he installed some simple plastic wire covers to provide protection.
This simple fix got the system running again. He then showed me how the floats were getting hung up inside the tank, causing the system to malfunction. He removed them and reinstalled so they could float freely. He also checked the siphon line and other parts of the system.
I really appreciated that Bill took the time to show me how this system works and explained all the repairs he was doing. I feel he examined the system thoroughly and left it performing better than it was when he arrived. I greatly appreciate that he did not attempt to sell me parts or services that were unneccessary.

William Sanchez is a professional in every way. He gave a reasonable ballpark estimate based upon what I told him, and after sending some pictures of the hole in my pipe, was able to confirm a turnkey price. He always called back when promised, and arrived when promised. Given the age of the system, he said he would replace the float device which I firmly agreed with. He worked with me on minimizing costs of electrical issues as my system was hard wired. I will use his company again not just for septic repair, but now for any maintenance pumping.

Bill Sanchez is a nice guy and punctual. He showed up on time and did the work that needed to be done. I give him A plus.

Said he would do the work and gave an estimate but then after getting far enough ahead that the system was made inoperable said that it would be much more expensive to finish. I was left with no choice but to go forward and it was not a good experience.
