They are highly professional. They always called you and were always available. They were always on top of things, and you never had to go out of your way to get in contact with them.

It went pretty smoothly. I tried to bargain the sellers down $10,000, but they would only go down $5,000. The negotations stopped for two months, but then we resumed negotiations. We eventually came to terms, and the closing was easy.

Bill's qualifications as a lawyer, years of experience, and wily street smarts really helped us to understand the dynamics of the local housing market and to manage real estate contracts, negotiations between buyers and seller, and the intricacies of the MLS. It is a real advantage that he is also a lawyer, and he knew my neighborhood, which was important. It helps to have someone local, and we were very happy with him.
