James and Joey are true professionals—reliable, communicative, and always fair with their pricing. I’ve consistently felt confident that my customers were in good hands. As an HVAC industry professional, I trust Better Service for all my multi-family project needs and will continue to call on them. Highly recommend!

.Company techs made several trips to our home.  Supposedly to replace several parts, but we're not sure that this actually happened.  Different techs came out at different times and we had to explain to each all that had happened previously.  At one point the owner told us to call a different repair company and he would pay for it, however he declined to pay.  We finished being some $550 out of pocket and still not having a working machine.  I don't know anymore.  I just know that this was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with any repair service.  DO NOT USE THESE CRETANS!!!!!!!
Has anyone ever had a repair tech tell them that their 1 1/2 year old washer was a "dud machine"?

Our refrigerator stopped working.  My husband went through the basic steps of troubleshooting and had a small list of things he had already ruled out before the repairman arrived.  One of my husbands concerns was the compressor, but when the tech arrived, he said no, there was nothing wrong with compressor.  After guessing it was two other things, he then changed his mind and said it was the lack of freon and it needed to be filled.  He filled the Freon (which took an unusually long time) and said to give it a few hours.  About 2 hours after he left, I opened the fridge, fluid came pouring out from where the tech was working and filled three towels.  There was the  smell of Freon emanating from the fridge that was very strong.
I called the main number and the man who answered, Tim, sounded very bothered that I was calling, like I had woken him.  He told me someone would come the next day.  I expressed concern about the leakage and smell; I didn't want to make the fridge worse than it was and wanted to know how I could stop it, as it was clearly an effect of something the technician just did.  He claimed that there's was no way the fridge could be in any worse shape than it was and that I was ridiculous.  I asked if he could have the owner contact me.
The owner, Roy Green, called me a half hour later.  His speech was very difficult to understand, mumbled as if he was drinking (I'm not saying he was drinking, but this is the only comparison I have to help you understand the challenging conversation).  I tried to tell him what the problem was.  He agreed that the leaking could have made the fridge worse and that Tim, the man I talked to earlier, was wrong to say it couldn't have done any damage.  He then said he would do whatever he could to take care of the fridge and I wasn't to worry about cost.  I was worried, however, because of the difficulty deciphering what he was saying and trying to get him to listen, that he wouldn't remember talking to me.
They sent the same repairman who instilled the Freon back that night. He was unable to diagnose the problem.  Two men came the next day and tried diagnosing the problem, but they could not figure out what was wrong either .They said they would be back to retrieve any remaining Freon, change a filter and solder something.

They cancelled two days in a row, after delaying all weekend,  because the parts they needed didn't come in.  They then said that they could troubleshoot what they had initially planned, but that it was probably my compressor.  This was alarming because my husband had asked about this to begin with and the 3 repairmen who had already visited didn't mention this to me.  He then started talking about prices and I grew concerned because, Roy Green, the owner, said I wouldn't be charged for the repair gone wrong.  Instead it sounded like I would pay for the labor that made my fridge worse and any future labor.  The technician had the owner call me, again.
I have NEVER been talked to as rudely, nasty or demeaning until I talked to Roy Green.  He called me and started attacking me asking me what my problem was and that I have a lot of nerve having an opinion because I wasn't a repair man.  He then started screaming, "what do you want?!!!, what do you want?!!!).  I couldn't get a word in and once again, I could hardly understand him.  The abusive tone and things he was saying to me brought me to tears out of frustration.  He then said "he'd" be out to repair the fridge the following day.
After the phone call, I was shocked and terrified of letting this company back into my home.  My husband has called and asked for a refund.  Roy Green is charging us for the service calls (although they made our situation worse) and claims he will be sending a check.
I'm still in disbelief of the way I was treated.  If I don't see a refund check, I will gladly follow up in small claims court.  This was the most unprofessional, rude company I have ever come across.  The phone conversations were abusive, demeaning and frustrating.  I was tossed around a multitude of times trying to reach the owner who was the nastiest of all.  Our fridge is in worse condition than it was.  We lost money paying for a fraudulent repair and we will lose more money trying to repair what they ruined.

Not too good, 5 days later appliances are still not completely repaired, see story above.  Hopefully come tomorrow, Thursday, we'll have positive reviews from the actual owner.

My GE Profile refrigerator (less than 2 years old) started making a loud buzzing sound and the freezer was no longer working.  This company installed a new mother board for $700 which fixed the problem however several days later food in the refrigerator started freezing.  I called for another appointment with this company however he did not show up or call during the scheduled time.  After many calls and frustration he did come and told me I needed a different part that he did not have on hand.  He "promised" that he would find the part and have it installed by noon the next day.  That was last week and I have not heard from the company again.
