Perfect.

Everything went smoothly. This is something with which they obviously have much experience. They had all the proper equipment and it took just two men to accomplish this. This involves removing the legs and all accessories from the piano and turning it up on its side on the dolly where it is properly fitted with padding and strapped in place. The piano weighs 800-900 lbs. so this is quite a task. They were quite competent and efficient. I was very happy with the service they provided.

Relatively short wait to get tuner to come. Arrived on time. Efficiently tuned piano. Did a very competent job. Did not charge extra even though piano had been moved from a very different climate and was more out of tune than usual. I will use again.

Benke scheduled me within 2 weeks for a piano tuning, arrived exactly on time, charged the minimum end of the range they told me, and did a good job. The only downer was that the service guy was completely lacking in personality.

Came by the day before to scope the move, showed up and completed the work inside of 30 minutes. Professional, courteous, and punctual. Offered a special package move and tune which was an excellent deal. With the tune it was the same price as the nearest price I found.

Piano tuning on a regular basis. The piano always sounded great after Mr. Benke tuned it.

Excellent, both the move and tune. We did have our Piano tuned since our last move. So it had been about 5 years. Too long really. But, he didn't skip a beat and got the job done. It sounds excellent.

Very well. It hadn't been tuned in at least 7 years, so I expected to end up paying more, since badly out of tune pianos just take more effort to tune. But he didn't charge anything except for a small amount to put some Teflon on a key whose action was squeaking.

He is very knowledgeable, and very good at what he does. He was prompt, quick with the work, did a good job with the work, and was reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anyone.

Benke tuned my piano, which had not been tuned for 25 years. He had to tune it 3 times to get it completely in tune, but he stated that a normal tuning was only about $92. The tuner was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of information about the structure of my piano. Very easy to schedule.

I was extremely pleased with his work. I am a musician and it bothers me when pianos are tuned sharp, but he was right on the money. My piano sounds great!

Benke did a great job moving this piano. It has been moved several times before but this is the best job I've seen. It is clear that this company is experienced in moving pianos. They also noted a couple of problems with the piano, which they will attend to when they return to tune the piano in two weeks.

Dan and his wife run Benke Piano together. They're both very knowledgeable about pianos. I found them to be very nice, friendly and sincere people. We priced several competitors and Benke was roughly in line with what the other movers charged. Because they offered a discount on tuning and moving pianos (together), their price was actually better than if we had hired movers and tuners seperately. We used Benke in large part because they were recommended by sound/stage technicians at a large Austin church with a very active music program. He works on their pianos. Dan seemed to take pride in his work. He patiently answered my questions and was easy to deal with. The pianos sounded and played much better after he worked on them. I would definitely use Benke again.

I was glad that we spent the extra money to have professionals move our piano. They were very careful and made sure not to ruin it in any way. They brought it into our new home for us as well and they were so respectful of our things. We even used them to tune our piano for us and they have done an excellent job.
