I have moved all my life. I have personally used several different movers in the Austin area. This move was by far the worst I have ever experienced. Items that were packed in paper and boxes were broken. The movers initially refused to move some items until I called the office. The movers were chatting and making inappropriate comments within earshot if myself. Boxes that were clearly marked and verbally expressed where to go were not put in the appropriate place. Many boxes were stacked upside down. They went overtime on the estimate. They also broke a lamp and a piano. I am just blown away with the reviews I saw prior to hiring because my experience was far different. I would never recommend or use their services again.
