I contracted with Bella to manage my property when I had to move out of town. They came over, inspected the property, gave me some helpful ideas on getting it ready, and in relatively short order were able to place tenants. It's been 18 months now and I have to say that I have been very happy to have found Bella. I was very nervous about living out of town and renting out my house as an and quot;absentee landlordand quot; so to speak, but I get good communication, I can check my account online, and in those instances where some work has had to be performed, they've handled it promptly and at a reasonable rate. I really couldn't be more pleased, and highly recommend them.
