Hello [Member Name Removed], We understand your concerns but we only allow a 30 day grace period for one time service and your request for a re service was close to 50 days. You advised our office that you saw only one roach and bugs do tend to come out after we treat because they are getting sick with the product applied. We do offer recurring pest control with no contracts, which does give a better guarantee to detour these bugs. However, we do appreciate your comments. Sincerely, BBService Provider Response

First of all, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, because it is BellaBugs policy to fulfill our service requests and our customers request as best to our ability. It appears the last time we serviced you was for a retreat on 11/2018, please keep in mind, that a RETREAT is not a full grass service but a SPOT service, however, in certain cases a full service maybe required due to the nature of the issue. This technician has been reprimanded though being that he approved the full service and did not complete it as requested.
