Jerry with Beam Vac of Central Texas was very friendly and courteous.  Jerry kept in touch with me and informed me when he would arrive as I was his second call of the day.  He came all the way from New Braunfels (he is based in Austin, but had a project in New Braunfels) to San Antonio with one days notice.  He arranged his schedule to take care of us.  This was very important to me because anyone else would have had to order the canister and wait at least a week to get to us.  The price was very competitive.
I would highly recommend him to anyone!

It went great. Jerry was very friendly and knowledgable. He was professional and explained everything so that I now understand more about how my system works and how I can keep it working well. After a few weeks of using the new hose and attachments I had some issues with the size of the handle and the way the carpet beater handled. After calling Norm, Jerry came out the SAME DAY, evaluated my concerns and concluded that he had a better system for me. He brought it the next day and traded it out. He is also keeping my very old carpet beater (which is only compatible with my old hose) in hopes that he may come across another that he can use for parts so that I can keep it in another area of the house for quick clean-ups thereby avoiding the need to lug my new hose and beater such a distance for a small job. I call that ABOVE AND BEYOND common customer service.

It all went great! Norm came to our ranch style home and measured off the spaces to determine the proper placement of the outlets as well as examined my attic spaces for the best way to run the vavuum tubing. His installer arrived promptly and installed the system in one day. Jerry was very well mannered and a hard worker and advised us on the use of the system.
