We have been loyal customers of Austin Window Fashions since moving to Texas in 2003. They have provided excellent service and products. Our Hunter Douglas Duette Veriglide for the large sliding glass door broke after 13 years. After considering shutters and other options, we decided to order a new Veriglide. Our Austin Window Fashions' representative was honest and courteous. She gave us a good price and was accurate on the time of delivery. The installers, Jason and Travis, were courteous and gave us good advice on the care and maintenance of the Veriglide. They arrived on time, took down the old Duette and installed the new one in less than one hour. They cleaned the area of all debris. This was another good experience with Austin Window Fashions.

I had the best experience with Tara K and Austin WIndow Fashions. I shopped around and had other consultations but found Tara to be very knowledgeable and a joy to work with. Tara understood my needs and what I wanted and was able to put together a lineup of possible solutions and walked through each one individually; banded shades, silhouette and roller shades and a bevy of colors. I really enjoyed Tara's enthusiasm, humor and professionalism. I will definitely use Austin Window Fashions in the future!

I could not be happier with our blinds and shades from Austin Window Fashions! Easy, smooth experience! Working with Tara was the BEST! My husband and I recently built a new house and needed to have blinds and shades installed on 23 windows shortly after closing. I was able to schedule an appointment for a quote a few weeks prior. When Tara came out she was incredibly friendly and professional. She took accurate measurements and made helpful suggestions regarding materials and fabrics. Her selection of fabrics for the shades was great! I found two that work perfectly for us! Over the next week or so, Tara was very patient and provided a few different quotes based on follow up questions that we had. In the end we place our order and felt that we would be getting high quality window coverings at a fair price. The day before we moved in our blinds and shades were installed. Perfect timing! The installation technician was on time, professional and tidy! The whole process was smooth and seamless…only 4 weeks from the first meeting/quote until installation (only 2 weeks once the order was placed). And the blinds and shades look great! I absolutely love how the shades for our large upstairs loft look! Thank you Tara!

Easy and quick. Designer came to home to measure and determine colors. Provided good recommendations. Installer came as scheduled. No problems.

We went to the factory to see the products which was very helpful. The designer Tara, came to the house with samples as well, which was also very helpful. Tara was extremely professional and responsive. The treatments were installed within the original timeframe provided. I would highly recommend this company

Great experience. The set up in the store was helpful and the home consult was friendly, no pressure and allowed us to get a good feeling for what the shutters would look like. Shutters are beautiful and the install was professional.

She took the time to explain options and providing useful insight. Her follow-through was flawless. Jason, the installer, was on time, thorough, and efficient. This was the second time I've used this company and would do it again if necessary.

We were real happy with it, good success. They were prompt and install was flawless. Work’s great! It was a little pricey, but I’m happy with it. They were here when they said they would be. For window treats, they did a nice job. They did a real nice job of making sure that it would fit right the first time.

Tara was my consultant and she was truly exceptional. She was very knowledgeable, extremely patient, and above all she has the passion to insure that her customers are completely satisfied. She answered all my questions in detail and never pressured me like the typical salesperson . Their products honestly sell themselves. The company has a very high reputation in the business. The quality of their wood shutters offered by O"hare is hard to beat, particularly the lifetime warranty that is transferable to new owners if you sell your house in the future. There is a reason why other companies in the area can not offer a lifetime warranty because they are not confident of their product. I got 5 estimates from different companies and believe me they are by far the best in area! Thank you Tara for all your help! You were a joy to work with and I am using your company for a second time this month.

We worked with Tamara Kulvicki and she was great! She was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice. She also was very personable and I felt like she was truly invested in making sure we made the right choices. She was great about explaining the pros and cons of each and she was extremely detailed in her explanation of the process. We shopped around and Austin Window Fashions had the best prices as well.

Kara did a fantastic job consulting us about the myriad options, and quickly adjusted the quotes after the many changes we made.  Randy did a great job installing.  Our shutters and window treatments look fantastic!
