Austin Vet Hospital are phenomenal. They're extremely caring. I like everything about them. They give you all the options and recommendations. They're just so wonderful with my dogs. My dogs are my kids. I can't say enough good stuff about them. Their prices aren't the cheapest, but they're not the most expensive. They're definitely reasonable.

I have had exceptional service from them for forty years. Some times, we have to wait. It is a typical doctor's office. I will continue to use them.

Dr. Debbie Besch and her team are just incredible. They were wonderful over the 14+ years of routine, minor and major events for our Miniature Schnauzer. However, we will most remember the personal care we received as we dealt with our beloved dog's failing health in the months leading up to and including putting her down. We got expert and reasonably priced consultation and care, including removal of a stone in her bladder and an unexpected tumor there as well. We felt that the attention to detail and follow-up by Dr. Besch and her staff of vets and assistants is superior. And when it was finally clear we had to put our dog down mercifully, the team was again incredibly accommodating and sensitive. It is hard to imagine getting better service anywhere.

Good experience overall. Friendly staff and accommodating since I had not made an appointment for the animal's treatment.

Very good. Regular exam for 2 cats. My older cat had a senior exam. Older cat is overweight. Vet recommended special diet. I took his advice. Cat has lost weight over the past 6 months. Vet recommended senior exam for older cat to occur every 6 months. At this time, twice a year exams are too expensive so I will schedule senior exam once a year.

I was referred to Dr. Besch by my visiting veterinarian after a house call revealed my Australian Cattledog tested positive for heartworms. I was shocked, but I was even more shocked to hear the regular veterinary hospital I was using would not treat heartworms in a dog over 10 years of age. Those folks told me that I should put my dog down. My visiting vet doesn't perform complicated treatments, but he told me that he wouldn't advise putting my dog down without having me take him to Dr. Besch. Dr. Besch and all the staff are wonderful. Dr. Besch discussed everything with me up front and explained exactly what she was going to do. She treated my dog, I followed ALL her instructions to the letter, and now my dog is healthy and thriving and fetching his ball. This was in 2007. I am now using Austin Veterinary Hospital for almost everything (except I still love my house call vet and use him too). I recently found out one of my dauchshunds had heart failure. Dr. Palvino at Austin Veterinary Hospital diagnosed this quickly and was able to extend his time with me for seven months, all with good quality of life for my baby. All three of the vets here are amazing and the staff is always kind and caring and on top of everything. I highly recommend Austin Veterinary Hospital. The quality of care is amazing. The price is fair for what you get: exceptional care for your furry children and exceptional care for their human parents. Their drop off service has saved me many lost hours I would have had to taken off work and I know the furry kids get a lot of love and attention while they are there.
