I sent an email w/a photo & a description which sufficed for the owner to give me a rough estimate for both cost & required material. Once I obtained the material I dropped off the chair. Three weeks later the chair was ready. And it is beautiful! They did a fantastic job! And under budget as well! Will definitely use them next time.
     That said, I had to ding them a little w/a "B" in the Responsiveness & Professionalism categories because it was not easy to contact the owner and his English was almost as bad as my Spanish. However, all in all my experience was a breeze compared to the other upholstery shops I have used in the past. Thanks Benito, we love our "new" chair!
