The communication and service from Austin Tree Experts was wonderful. The proposal, scheduling, and invoicing were all clear and simple. I was impressed by the work performed. They removed a live tree, a dead tree stump, and cleared tree branches away from my roof. They did a great job of clearing out the debris, as well.

It went well. They're easy to deal with. In addition to the great work on the roof clearance, they came back out in March when a large limb fell from a cedar elm during spring winds. They were able to tell me the tree wasn't an oak (so it wasn't at risk of oak wilt), and the fenceline (and the neighbors' roofs) didn't seem to be at risk from other limbs. I've used them before for tree work, and I'll use them again. I also really like their website/customer portal.

Went very well.  The crew leader knew what he was doing and I quickly realized I could trust his judgment on selective removal of limbs.  This is second time I've used them and will use them again.

Tara is always very responsive and watches over the trees that they have planted in the past.  She was out within just 2 days to give me a quote on removing 2 trees that were causing problems with my landscaping.  They are always very professional and easy to work with

From the moment I requested information, they were quick to respond with information and a general estimate for their tree planting services.  Once I decided to move forward, they scheduled an arborist to come out and discuss what tree I was interested in and where I wanted to place it.  He was extremely knowledgeable and honest about how different trees fare in this area of Austin and even didn't mind taking some time to take a look at my other tree that came with the new build.  From there, once the tree planting season approached they set us up with an install date, and followed up a little sooner to schedule the arborist to come out one more time to mark tree placement and then also to set an exact time the crew would come by to install.  The crew showed up on time and was incredibly professional and courteous.  I think the only complaint I'd have (and it's not really a complaint) was that I didn't get a heads up about the individual coming to mark the utilities -- thankfully my husband was home and was able to let him into our otherwise locked backyard.  So perhaps my feedback would be just a suggestion to the customer to make the tree planting location available for the city once the request has been made to ensure no delays.  Otherwise -- wonderful company to work with and I look forward to working with them over the next year for their warranty services.

Scheduling was easy and prompt.  The crew was on time, courteous, helpful and did a great job of trimming and cleaning up.  We have used their services over several years and will call on them again when additional work is needed.

I've used them twice now, and have become a loyal customer.
They were a pleasure to work with: they quoted us rapidly and fit us in to their work schedule very quickly.  On the day of work they arrived on time and finished before the end of the day.  They also use an online billing service, allowing us to pay by credit card over the web when they were done.  
The work they did was quality and expert.  With 20% being removed, I was concerned that the trees would look emaciated, but this was not the case at all.  They simply look "cleaner" and definitely more healthy.  The front tree, especially, is much better off; it was weeping sap before (heavy branches about to cause a split), but now the sap has healed itself, and all of its branches are buoyant again.
In addition, as with last time, I found the entire experience to be extremely educational.  They did a great job of explaining what my trees need to be healthy, and how that relates to the work that needed to be done.

They were great. They came when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. Supervisor came by later and I found low limbs to be removed and she sent her crew back to take care of it.

Four men with two trucks pruned trees, cut large limbs into pieces sized for fireplace and left with us.  Yard was cleaned of small limbs and hauled away.  Hard workers did a great job, fast, efficient.  Second time we have used them and will again.

Amazing--the vine was 30 feet high in the tree.

We experience the same lead arborist come out every time we call or need something.  She is very courteous and knowledgeable, and always patient and willing to answer any questions or offer advice. The tree service team are thorough, efficient and amazing.
