I had used them previously and I was happy with their quality of work. They were very punctual and I liked dealing Gary. He is the owner. He is very honest. He is great. I would definitely use them again.

There was a bit of a wait until the work could be done, and the first man out needed additional equipment and therefore left.  Several days later a man returned and did the repairs.  Shingle match was good and repairs were well done. They cleaned up well...  only a few very small scraps left for me.

Gary was very punctual and lived up to all my needs and expectations.  The workmanship has been tested and durable. Since Austin has been in a severe drought, I waited for a couple of rare torrential downpours and have had no problems whatsoever.   We had other feeble attempts to solve our roof/patio cover leaking problems and Gary finally was the one that knew exactly what to do to fix our multi year leak problems.   Gary worked so well with me and we were able to  establish a mutual  trust that is rare to find in todays world.  His expert workmen were THE BEST also!   Everyone was what I consider the perfect example of highest quality workmanship, accountability, and knowledgeable and professionalism.   I sincerely wish Gary and his crew a wonderful and safe New Year.

Gary Willock gave me the quote for the job. He showed up on time and not only gave me some great options but made excellent recommendations. He is a true professional. The crew doing the work was polite, thorough, did quality work and completely cleaned up after the work was done. Absolutely stunning job and a great price as well. Gary and his team are the best. Don't hesitate if you need roof work in the Austin area. You cannot go wrong with Austin Roofing Contractors.

April 30, I called Gary two days after paying for the big Deal. It took a week to get him, after several calls to his office getting an answering machine. After approximately 2 weeks, Gary came to house, he promised to call and make appointment continuously saying they were very busy. We set a date for the week of June 3. Gary did not call, so I again called him. He then kept saying how busy they were but made an appt for Sat June 8 at 8 am. The men showed up at 9:30am, no one spoke English so had to assume that they knew what they were here for.
I would not ever use them again.

Very reponsive and professional.

Very professional and easy to deal with.  Good value for the money.

The owner of the company was professional when he came to do the estimate.  I thought he needed to respond better for the appointment.  He set it up, but the workers did not show up when they were scheduled and the owner of the company did not call me until after 5:00 pm cst on the day of the appointment.  He let me know that the workers would be by the following day.  They did come the following day and perform the work.  The quality of the work appeared to be fine.  I did not get any follow up from the company which I thought was unprofessional.

They were excellent. They offered ideas to make the roof last a long time. They also offered suggestions for improvements that will last a long time as opposed to doing it very quickly and ofered help with picking out colors for the roof.

The service went very well. They figured our the problem and fixed it. They were fairly fast, did a very good job, and were also very knowledgeable.

They did a great job. We have had no problems since then.

The service went great. He came out and did an assessment. He told us there was some previous damage that may be eligible for an insurance claim. This turned out to be the case. He ended up replacing the roof. We haven’t had any trouble since then.

The service went well. Gary was excellent. He was very attentive to things that we thought needed to be reworked. The flashing around our chimneys needed to be very tight and he made sure that this was done. He made sure everything else was done correctly.

The service went fine. We have had no leaks which is good. The only thing I questioned was that we had a lot of splinters up in the attic from where the nails had gone all the way through the plywood. We thought this was a little strange.

The job went well. There weren't any problems. Everything went smoothly.
