Great guys! We've had had a lot of rain and it was hard to schedule the job, specially installing gutters. So had to work late in the day when it decided to stop raining, but they never re-scheduled. They did a wonderful job and I was pleased with the price. A great value!

Robert Harris showed up as scheduled, quoted the job which we accepted. He installed new gutter covers and downspouts on our existing gutters, and installed new gutters with downspouts where needed. Additionally we had purchased three new rain barrels. He picked them up, delivered them and installed them under the appropriate downspouts. He did more work at a better price than the other contractors quoted. He just came by a week later to check the work after today's rain. Robert is a true professional.

This Pro was quick to respond to my Home Advisor request. He was courteous and professional. He was ready to do my repairs on the following day. He called me after the job was complete, to give me an update on how the repair went. I checked to repair, and it looks good. He charged me a reasonable amount for the work. I have since, hired him to perform another task.

They contacted me quickly, gave me a couple of repair options, agreed on how it would be done, over the phone, then went ahead and did the job and billed me! Totally unheard of customer service, in this day and age!

Robert came out on a Sunday to give me an estimate. His estimate was better than my other option and he replaced a few feet of facia that had rotted for no charge. Hasn't downpoured to fully test out the quality, but the work looks fantastic.

The scheduled start date was missed, had to adjust my schedule for the next day. All provisiion of the estimate were completed. Final job looked great.

Friendly and competent

Overall, I had a good experience with Robert. His bid was competitive (although higher than one I had last year but didn't follow through on at the time). Installation was efficient and the gutters look good. One downspout wasn't placed where I wanted it, but I guess I hadn't communicated that clearly. We still have to fine-tune the placement of two rain barrels, and I'm waiting on his bid for a separate underground drainage project. And of course we won't know until it rains how well it all works!

This small company does superior work and came up with solutions to some installation problems that the other companies we contacted were unable to resolve. These two pros are very busy, but if you are willing to wait until they can get to you, you will be well rewarded. There pricing was more than competitive and they took no shortcuts to complete the job beautifully.

Was given an itemized, reasonable estimate with a plan of action to install gutters with leaf screen where needed. Work was completed timely. Would definitely recommend them. My neighbor has already hired them and had their gutters installed ! They are a good, hard working team.
