We were pleased with the design the firm provided.
Our experience with this firm in project execution was frustrating and disappointing.
The firm could not manage to the project timeline. The bath house took nearly 7 months to complete (contract said 8 weeks, plan said about 3 months...it took 7 months). The work involved multiple project managers who could not stay on top of details, and required lots of re-work of the sub-contractors (re-drywall, repainting, re-wiring electricity, fixing plumbing leaks, re-doing masonry...). They painted 'around' the brand new hardware, rather than taking 10 minutes to remove handles, light fixtures, and door jambs and knobs before painting. Guess how that looked? The painting should have been done before the hardware was even on-site.
Didn't think when hiring a firm that that sort of lack-luster work was something we'd encounter. Live and learn.

On time, on budget ansd better than imagined, beyond our expectations. WOuld definately use them if future projects come up.

They were absolutely amazing. They drew up a design. They made sure that we liked everything that they did. The cost was even lower than expected. He went above and beyond. He even came back a week later to make sure everything was still fine. I am completely satisfied with our patio. It is better than expected.

The retaining wall looks great! They ended up having to remove a concrete wall that was preexisting and covered the cost when it went over budget. I appreciate them doing the job perfectly instead of slapping some stone together and trying to make it work. Even though it cost them money, they made sure to do it right. The driveway staining was subcontracted out to Advanced Surfacing. When I wasn't excited about how the first color I chose turned out, they stripped it off and did it again, without complaint. John and Jose were instrumental in making sure this happened in order for me to be completely satisfied. Again, they stuck to the original bid and I didn't have to pay for the extra time and labor to redo the project. I am very happy with how it turned out.
