First we had a visit to assess the scope of work.  We received a written estimate and decided to go ahead with the job.  The installation took 2 days and the guys were very professional and neat.  Upon completion, they cleaned up and left things the way they found them.  We were completely satisfied with the work and end product.  We had gotten additional quotes from other vendors and there was a cheaper way to go.  However, we are very happy with the outcome, especially that everything works and sounds great.  I wouldn't hesitate to call them back if ever we need additional equipment.

The job went well. They came when they said they would. They fixed the problem. The price was reasonable. They were fine. They took long to figure out what the problem was in the bathroom. They called me back right away. I would use them in the future.

They took a bit longer than expected but they were very professional. They did the work as advertised. It costed them more to do the work than they expected but that did not affect our price.

I wasn't too happy because they were never fully equipped to get the work done. The workers did not always come when they were supposed to. I don't find them to be very reliable at all and the work still has not been completed.
