The work was, as usual, done with precision and completed in a timely fashion. Manuel has a keen eye for design and really good engineering skills. If you hire him to do a job, be sure to talk through the design with him and get his input: our experience has shown that he has excellent ideas for making a project work.

Manuel does an excellent job. On the deck, he made recommendations that really improved the structure. He has a great eye for detail and design. His work on the bathroom remodel (under the Bailey contract) really made the new space what I wanted but hadn't been able to conceptualize.
