Lico responded to me immediately and explained that if I gave him approximate sizes for the windows, he would provide an email estimate. Once I sent the sizes, he sent the estimate right away. When we chose to use this company, the measurer/installer contacted me within a day. Within a few days, they had measured and provided screen samples. A week or so later, the work was completed. There were a few issues I wanted addressed, and they responded immediately! Within a day, the installer returned and took care of the issues to my great satisfaction.

I called for a free estimate and the owner came the same day. He measured the windows and the patio screen door. I got solar screens for the door and all nine windows of four different sizes.Received the quote a day or so later via email.Came a day later and removed the patio screen door to complete its screening at the shop.

Three days later the install was done: he even fixed a small roller on the patio screen door which i believe he did not have to do and went the extra mile to do so. It hasn't worked that well in years.
The initial quote and final cost were the same.
Would recommend this company to anyone. Very nice person to work with.

We were extremely pleased by the prompt, professional service. The screens were perfect and completed by the deadline. The owner went out of his way to make sure I could pick up the screens on Saturday, which was a better time because of my weekday work schedule.
I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to have screens replaced.

Bid was on time and about 10% less than another for the same product. Installation was on day requested. Very efficient. This was probably the best experience I have ever had with a service company.

Built and installed a custom screen door, service was timely and would highly recommend using them to anyone.

I called on Monday and the owner came immediately to give an estimate and measure the windows.  I am new to Texas and had no idea what to expect when summer came.  The owner was patient and explained how the sun was going to strike my house and which windows needed actual sunscreens.  The screens were installed on Thursday.  All of the old screens were taken away for recycle.  Great service!!

Service was timely, fast and friendly. Quality of the screens, both fit and finish, is very good.

I  called Lico Echevarria at Austin Custom Screens, told him  I needed new screens for my duplex - about 14 windows.  He measured the job & emailed a writen bid within a few days.  I OK'd the work & it was done quickly & correctly. I called Austin Custom Screens and the owner was very friendly and was came to my house within a few days.  All my screens were made at that time from his trailer ( it's a mobile screen company).  He had them finished within the afternoon and hauled away all the old ones.  I thought the owner was so nice.  I also think the price was very reasonable and the service great!

The day after I called a representatived, took measurements and quoted a price (this was on a Wednesday). I agreed to the proposal and was told the screens would be ready and installed on the following Tuesday. I was called on Monday and told the installer would be there between 7:30 and 8:00 Tuesday morning. He arrived shortly before 8:00 AM and by 9:30 had all of the screens installed. The installer was most competent and professional and insured I was satisfied with the job before he prepared the invoice. This was the most pleasan experience I have had with service providers in many years.Would certainly use this company again.

They were punctual and the price was good. The guy was very professional and it was a very positive experience. I have used them a couple of times.

Mayo from this company is the best. He was very clean and extremely good. I even recommend them to my neighbor and told her to ask for Mayo to do the work for her because he was so good. They offered 75% solar also and they gave me options and explained the differences very well. I am pleased all the way with him and his work and I really like the screens; they do work very well.
