Auto Glass
The repair failed less than two months later and a new 1/2? crack emerged. I made contact with the tech on my first call to explain what had happened, the tech then asked me to call back to set a time to effect repairs the following day. I called back, but no answer. I called the next day no answer, but I left a message and a call back number, no call back. I called again a few days later, no answer. I then called again a few days after that and left another message explaining the urgency as the crack was growing, still no call back. I waited a few more days and called yet again, left another message explaining the crack was continuing to grow, still no call back. Now it is several weeks later the crack has grown too long, and now my windshield will have to be replaced. This company has had several opportunities to do the right thing and has not. The worst business relationship ever!!
