It took 2 months to get the clock ready. The people were very nice. However, the price was too high and the duration was too long.

The cost was about $15 less than I had seen in a catalog. I was happy.

They are experts at what they do. They did a good job at repairing it. The guys are great. If I ever have a problem, then I will go back to them.

They do a good job. The repair cost depends on the type of brand of watch. I last got a battery from them, which was $17. They are a locally owned shop. They are reliable. I would use them again in the future.

I was not pleased with the service that received from Old Timer Clock Shop. The shop is very hard to get in and out of. They guaranteed the clock, but I should not have to bring the clock back in three times. Every time I brought the clock back in they wanted to argue about it and I could tell that they had not repaired it right, because it was not working. I did not feel that it should have been necessary to argue with them to get good service. The clock is finally working correctly, however I would not go back to them again in the future. All clock shops are expensive, however they were more expensive than than some of the others shops in the area.

I took the clock to the shop in mid September 2006, but didn't get it back until January 2007. The owner delivered the clock and installed it in the cabinet. He made sure everything was adjusted correctly and the timing was set to within 1 sec lost a month which is excellent for a clock this old. Bob was very thorough and took his time to make sure it was good to go. However, I did have to call him to come back because I wound the clock and apparently messed the timing up somehow. I called Bob on Friday and he was able to come out the following Monday to readjust the clock. Everything has been fine since. The clean up was excellent also. I would definitely go back to them. Clock has a 1 year warranty.
