Computer Repair
I used their web form to ask the information. They did not email me back but phoned me within a few hours, however they did not give ANY specific information but forced me to phone them back. Why have an email form? I could have phoned them in the first place. They said the malware removal would take a few hours (which was fine) and cost $130 as they bundle it with a hardware check. I didn't like this at all as I do NOT have any hardware problems and don't want to pay for a hardware check. I did not use them and found someone to do it for $85 that will come to my house.

They got to the repair within a day and in each case the computer was back with 2-3 days depending on their workload and the extent of the problem.
