I definitely made the right choice! Victor gave me an appointment the same week, was right on time, and performed the work quickly and accurately. By purchasing my CD player there (not a necessity), I was able to be sure it was compatible with my old car. The final price ended up being less than the initial quote because Victor found my car already had some harness components. There were quite a few models to choose from, all blue tooth compatible, which my old CD player was not. After installation, Victor did the blue tooth sync for me ( at my request) and demonstrated the operation. Very pleased!! I would definitely use Audio Mobile again, and recommend Victor without reservation!! Cost included both labor and new CD player.

We had inserted an updated nav disc into the proper nav disc slot to update the system.  Unfortunately the disc did not load properly and stuck in the 'scan disc' mode.  Would not eject and rest of the entire system would not work.  None of the buttons were working, etc.  Went to Victor who stopped what he was doing and looked at the system, finally connecting the correct two-button combination which ejected the disc.  Rest of system restored to working order.  No charge.  Problem was probably in the disc.  Highly recommend Victor for any work you may need done on yr system.  Based on our experience Victor is to be trusted up front.

Installation went well with the exception of the dash kit specified for the Pioneer NEX unit.  Victor Elmer, Audio Mobile's owner, spent considerable time and effort trying different kits without finding one that met his installation standard.  In the end, he fabricated a unit to do the job.  We have had multiple complements on how the new Pioneer unit has been integrated into the existing 4Runner dash.  It simply looks, functions and sounds great thanks to Victor's dedication and attention to detail. 

 Victor's commitment to customer service is also remarkable.  Weeks after the initial installation, we noted that the steering wheel controls were functioning erratically.   Upon contacting Victor, he promptly set an appointment to diagnose and address the issue (faulty module connection).   In summary, we fully recommend Audio Mobile.

I called late morning and got an estimate. I compared 3 companies listed with Angie's. I was a little reluctant about Audio Mobile because there were only two reviews with Angie's, and one was a D. However, the reviews were old. On Yelp Audio Mobile had numerous reviews with good reports. His prices were comparable. One business had lower intallation prices but did installation only. I would have had to purchase the equipment elsewhere and take it to him for installation, which I did not care to do.
Victor said that he was pretty well booked, but that if I brought my car in, he would be able to have it finished by the next day if not same day. I upgraded $50 over the range he gave me on the phone to get a system with Blue Tooth, USB. I had 4 new speakers installed.
Victor called me back the same day--my car was ready. When I arrived, he synced my Iphone with the system and explained the basics of operation. I was obviously pleased, and he commented that he enjoyed pleasing customers.
I am very happy with my product and the installation thus far (two days out). I am happy to provide a new report for Audio Mobile on Angie's.

I wish everything went as smoothly as this repair went. Victor took the time to explain what had happened, what needed to be adjusted, and what he did to help prevent this from happening again. Time for repair and costs were exactly as estimated, and a very reasonable hourly rate. Dealer wanted more than double what I paid just to diagnose the problem.

Victor went to the body shop to look at the car's electrical damage so we could get the GPS unit installed immediately after the other theft damage was repaired. When I took the car to him, he did not have the brackets needed to install the unit. He had never order them. He installed the unit without brackets and told me that it would be ok to drive the car like that. I pushed on the unit and it fell back into the hole in the dash so I made him take it out. He installed the antenna on the dash and the steering wheel control module. I had to go to the Toyota dealer and order the parts. He told my husband that there would be static because the antenna wire had been torn, so my husband had me order that part also at the dealer. I had to wait a week for the parts. Once I got the parts, I scheduled a time to get the unit installed. I told him at that time that we wanted the antenna wire replaced. When I went to the shop, he said that he only alloted an hour to install the unit, so he couldn't do it because it would take 3 hrs if he replaced the antenna wire. I would have to schedule another appointment. He said he never told my husband that there would be static because of the torn antenna wire. He said he would only deal with my husband because I didn't like his work. My husband looked at Victor's work when he returned from his work shift. He decided the work was shoddy and that the antenna should not be on the dash so we would take our business elsewhere.
