It was a very pleasant , easy and fast move thanks to You Move Me They arrived on time for the move, the movers were very respectful and careful with all my stuff. They packed everything nicely, fast and no mess at all. I would definitely hire this company again. I just sat in a chair while they did everything!

This is my second time using You Move Me, and the quality has been amazing both times

They were very slow. It took a long time for a small 1 bedroom. Only one of the guys knew what he was doing.

You move me is the worse. Trust me. I hired them to move a 1300 sq ft apt in Brickell to Naples Florida. I gladly paid 4300, believing that they were competent. That was a huge mistake. I was being overcharged. The mover did not bring a credit card terminal. They did not bring tools to take apart my bedroom set. HERE IS THE WHOPPER, the driver crashed into my high rise. They left furniture behind. They broke my conference table ($900 value) and are now offering me $171.00. They spilled liquids over some furniture. Bottom Line, DONT HIRE THEM.

Great customer experience throughout the entire process. Exceptionally good communication, very responsive and reliable. Franciscoâ s packing team on the 1st day was great, they handled our artwork with exceptional care, though for some pieces I wished they would have used some more protection material, especially since these pieces went to storage and need to â surviveâ another move out of the storage facility into our final home some day. Paoloâ s moving team on the 2nd day was great too, very organized and fast. Ronaldo is the best storage organizer I have ever seen! Never thought the 10 x 10 space will be large enough but he made it happen. The cost estimate that was done by the moving consultant was almost accurate, he underestimated the packing day by 2 hours, plus more packing material was needed than stated in the estimate but the 2nd day estimate was to the point. Overall costs where a little bit higher than the estimate. A big Thank you to YouMoveMe Miami Team!

Daniel, Ronaldo, and Robert all arrived on time on Monday morning- even when I last minute had a change of address. The crew was not only very attentive and effective, they were kind, respectful, and personable- talking with them made things easier and go more smoothly. I would definitely recommend this moving company and I cannot thank them enough for helping me move all the way from NYC to Miami.

Raoul and Gabriel were terrific - very helpful, and did everything they could to make sure things worked out well. We had a challenge with getting everything into a small storage space, but they did it.
