ATex Dumpster Service

They were very polite and professional. They were punctual on their deliveries and pickups. Their prices are reasonable. The problem came when I started reviewing my job cost. I made a mistake of not requiring invoices before they charged my credit card which they kept on file. They told me that they would charge my card when they delivered the dumpster, which I was fine with. I had them deliver and pickup 6 times on this job. But I had charges for 7 on my card. The first charge was on the day I started the project and the last was on the day I finished the project. I called and asked (i assume it was a secretary) about it and she said yes they do charge on the initial delivery and on the final pickup. I asked for invoices of the charges for each charge and they sent me invoices showing the service date but all invoices were dated the same date which was the day I called. I then talked to the owner and he said they only charge when the dumpster is picked up. I questioned him about the extra charge and he kept repeating that they only charge when the unit is picked up. After this I decided to check on the previous job I had used them on and found that on a job that I only had 2 deliveries and pickups on, I actually had 4 haul charges, The first on the day I started the project and the last on the day I finished the project, and some extra day charges ( which I was okay with) and 1 extra charge after the  the final pickup with no explanation. I asked for invoices and again I received invoices, all of which were created on the day I called. I got the same answer about these, saying we only charge when a unit was picked up. I only had 2 but was charged for 4.

The service was very good. They were timely and reasonable with their cost. They contacted me in the middle of the time period I had the dumpster to see how things were going. They were here within a couple of hours to pick up the dumpster when I called.
