AT YOUR SERVICE INC

I had water damage so I had an insurance company come out to look at it. They started the work in the spring. They had taken the old cabinets out and I decided to just get new cabinets instead of using the old ones. At that point, he walked out of my house and apparently walked out on AYSI as well. Since then it has been awful. Half of the tile was purchased by the man who walked out on me. He didn't return my phone calls. I was without a sink and floor for a long time. Also, they left a dumpster full of trash outside my home. They told me my washing machine was leaking but didn't fix it. They said they would make things right but the tile guy they sent wouldn't do the work until he had a signed contract with AYSI. I had to hire outside service providers to finish everything which cost me even more. They are now harassing me and calling to collect an extra $2000 but I already feel I've paid them more than enough.
