Steve-Tech-showed up right on time-Wasted no time in getting to work-triple checked everything-And was very helpful-Knowledgeable and clear on the walk through of alarm system. This is the 3rd install on 3rd home-Very happy w/ASG.

Burglars came, alarm didn't go off. I still don't know why. The detective thinks it's an inside job.

They have been doing a pretty good job, and thankfully I haven't needed them for any emergency yet. I'm confident they would be there, if needed, because they have called right away when we had a false alarm. They had great customer service and they really gave us a peace of mind.
