Tina was great. She was super informative and helped me pick the right medium for our floors. The team managed to have the floors done within the time frame we chose and the it turned out great. We will definitely do business with them again if we have future projects.

Dylan was able to start the job in a short amount of time. He and his helper were punctual, friendly and professional. No 'salesman' type of sales push, just simple discussion of what was wanted. Came back with a price in less than a day. Completed the job in less than a week and it turned out exactly as we had hoped.

This is the second time I have used Artcrete. I was very happy with the first result and decided to contact them again for the second job. Tina is punctual and a good communicator. She provided a quote based on my requirements, started the job on time and finished very close to the date she communicated. I would say that Tina has an artists's eye. She did a great job of picking out colors that work together and is open to ideas. With that said you would do well to give her latitude to add her artistic touch.

We tried to strip the sealer and wax off of this concrete our selves. This didn't go well and was just too much for us to handle ourselves.
Tina came in with her crew and had to hand grind the floor finish off the the concrete to prepare this surface to take the stain and sealer. After testing different combinations she found the right solution which would work.
They protected the baseboards, cabinets and appliances very well and cleaned up as they went.
This was a difficult job and they pulled it off very well. The floor turned out great and the new resident was very happy.

Everything went very well. This was for a project which on a fast track
schedule and Tina and her team had a very short window of time to
complete their work. There were many other trades working in and around
these area's. They worked within the limits of the schedule and worked
well with others working on this project. They actually finished their
work ahead of schedule and came back when asked to make repairs to work
others had damaged. They did this all with a great attitude and a smile
on their faces. Highly recommended for solid and professional work. They
won't shy away from difficult conditions.

As members of Angie's list, we saw the transformation of the work done on our friends' pillars. The finished product transforms the pool area and the front of the home to what it was meant to be. The original builder's work was so poorly done, they asked Artcrete to refurbish the original columns. They went from dusty gray, grout smeared pillars to monumental works of art! They now are the black, glossy columns that they had envisioned when the work on their home began.
Tina Harryman (Artcrete owner) and her crew worked their magic.
Artcrete's work met and exceeded time frame and quality expectations.
Highly recommend!

We employed Artcrete Designs to 'revamp' the stone columns on our home. When we built our home, we had custom columns installed and the finished product was nothing short of sloppy.
An eye-soar to us for years, these columns suddenly became our pride after Tina Harryman (Artcrete owner) and crew worked their magic on them. They went from dusty gray, grout smeared pillars to monumental works of art! They now are the black glossy columns that we had envisioned when the work on our home began.
The personal and professional care that Ms. Harryman puts into the effort to create a mutual vision is beyond compare. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for top-notch concrete staining and design! Five star - without a doubt!

She handled the job with compassion (taking it under extreme time constraints) and professionally (she told what she could and could not accomplish given limited time and blemishes on the old concrete flooring. I had not previous experience with concrete staining, but after my experience with Artcrete, I am sold on the process and the "look."

I had a bid of $1000 to add a decorative texture and stain to the front porch and carport. It was agreed that she would use a texture stamp that provide ripples to resemble a dried creek bed and a color that would match the granite path that lead to the house. During the first few days she said that it was going to cost a little more because she was having problems getting the the concrete to stick, then they had problems getting the stamp to work. After 3 days they finally added some stain and it looked bad so we changed color. After 3 more days they finally got the front porch done and it looked great but the carport looked hideous ( a pink monochromatic nightmare). It was at this point that she informed me that to get the carport to look like the front porch was cost $1950 about double her original est. At that point is was obvious that I was dealing with someone that was taking advantage of a bad situation, All I wanted her to do was duplicate the process they used on the front porch onto the carport and once again they would not. There was a lot of employee conflict about how to do the job and all of it was being billed to me. Her lack of a process and working outside of the temperature parameters of the product cost me a lot of extra money which she had no intention of absorbing. I was willing to pay $300 for materials and labor for the color change but the color change was used as an excuse to run up the cost. It was fairly obvious that she under bid, then slammed me at the end with a double of the estimate when the project looked it's worst. I should have fired her when she presented the added cost, but I just wanted to get this nightmare over. In the end I refused to pay the $1950 I should have held her to the contract of $1000 but settled for $1750 just to get her out of my driveway.
Response from ARTCRETE DESIGNS
"This gentleman wanted our services due to seeing our high quality work next door to his home. I initially agreed to do the work 50% off regular price.Once the area was cleared, his concrete needed special attention and treatment prior to applying the overlay, This resulted in additional charges that he was aware of and agreed to.We did have conflict with the temp being too high and overlay setting up too fast, but he wasn't charged for this.We applied the color he choose, then he didn't like it. Too much gold for him. We did a color change per his request, and special detail of darker color per his request in crevices. He ask how much and I told him the total would be $1950.00 which is the normal cost for a stamped overlay. He agreed. After job was finished to his satisfaction, he tried to get out of paying. We do business with integrity and don't take advantage of anyone and am completely surprised of this report. Since he tried to balk out of paying the balance which I've never experienced before. I agreed to let go of $200.00 of balance due to make him happy. We do what we say and say what we mean."

Tina Harryman owns and manages a professional business that provides scoring and staining of concrete flooring. Our entire floor project from beginning to end was handled with the utmost integrity and professionalism by Tina and her very capable staff. My husband and I removed the carpet on our own, but Artcrete Design took the project from there. We would highly recommend this company to anyone searching for a concrete artisan who is honest, solution oriented, and leaves her mark of excellence on the finished product. I believe it's note worthy to mention that the floor in our foyer was ugly 12" bricks that had been stained numerous times and looked terrible. We had considered removing the bricks and completely replacing them with something else; however, Tina came up with a solution to our problem. She sanded the bricks, applied an overlay that was then stained and sealed. It's amazing how great the foyer looks now. Tina's idea saved us a great deal of time and money. The bottom line is this; we love the way our floors look and would definitely recommend Artcrete Designs and use them again in the future.
