Arrow Glass & Mirror is a residential and commercial glass installation and replacement company founded in 1994. We have over 30 employees, and we are insured. We service Austin and the greater Texas Hill Country area. Arrow provides services for new construction and remodel projects of all sizes, as well as service and repairs on existing products. We work with home owners, home builders, general contractors, remodeling contractors, apartment and property owners, both residential and commercial.

Arrow replaced three windows in our family room. These were relatively large (about 7x4), and high up (top windows of a two-story room). The team that did the install was very professional and friendly, and we are extremely happy with the result. We will go back to Arrow again for future window work.

After my initial call, Tami sent me an email with an approx. cost for replacing the broken mirror. We agreed on an install date of 10/18/2016, this however was changed later by Tami. Dennis sent the Installer on 10/19/2016. Eric and his coworker did a quick and clean job, making me happy.

1) Swept broken glass from on the roof and into the yard.
2) Offered to send someone out, but not until the next day while there are four children in the house and many neighborhood children that play in the yard.
3) Did not offer anything for dissatisfied service.
4) Homeowner had to clean up glass to avoid accidental injury to other household members.
5) Homeowner had to provide a receptacle to place broken glass (workers came unprepared).

"thank you for your comments [member name removed]. I am sorry that your experience was not up to Arrow's standards. I do wish there is something we could do to make it better. Unfortunately when replacing broken window glass, it can be very difficult to recover every particle of glass from the breakage, however in this case the broken glass was a tempered safety glass and would not have been a safety issue. Even though the glass was a tempered safety glass, when it does break, it shatters into tiny little pebble size pieces that are extremely difficult to control. I have spoken the this crew about the outcome of your project, and we are committed to improving our performance on your next project. Dan."

Excellent communications. Price were reasonable and justified.
Installers are top notch (nice people, on time, no mess, meticulous).
One thing worth mentioning: There was a problem with the door. Not sure who was responsible for that in the chain of manufacture. But Arrow Glass did everything required to make sure the problem was fixed to my satisfaction. Finding a good contractor is what we expect, but actually getting one who makes sure everything is perfect when problems arise is rare.
We are happy with the shower and recommend Arrow Glass.

I called four different companies and left messages, his office was the only one to get back to me and schedule a service appointment. He was quick to respond, quick to get the glass in, and quick to install it. I was very pleased with everything about this service.

We liked that the quote came with a website of available hardware. We could "shop through" the designs...the quote came with flat square corners, but we saw beveled edges & asked for a re-quote. Since it was in the same category, no price change. They guys came out to do exact measurements, down to the 1/8" variance in our wall tilt. Both the quote day and installation day, the guys were either on-time or early. They took the time for me to review their work and ask questions. Job site was clean when they left & we are very happy. FYI...gave B rating on price only because it was as expected and a fair price for the work & materials...no penalty intended.
